Hidden Gem! We looked at dozens of places before landing at Northwood. And we are sure glad other places didn't align with our needs. The property is clean, well-priced, quiet, and always has plenty of parking for our guests. On top of all that, The BONUS was Aleah, the property manager, and Collin, who handled all repairs and service requests quickly and effectively! I highly recommend Northwood.

This place just took over the apartment complex I live in. Silk oak apts in Modesto, CA. They raised our rent ,but our manager has lowered our hot water temps. When I asked him about it he said, section 8 told him to do it? (Well I'm not section 8 pay my rent cash in full every month) and expect a hot shower( not a warm shower).

I’ve lived in my apartment for 3 years now under CenCal Property Management’s Management…. I can’t say I have any complaints! They have continued to provide a safe pet friendly and clean environment! A place my dog and I can easily feel at home! They are quick to make any needed repairs and are always improving and upgrading the grounds! The Management Team is friendly and very efficient as well as the maintenance Team! And I’d like to personally give praise to the lead Maintenance Team member at my complex Chris who is particularly knowledgeable and extremely efficient in his work! I have Lived here at Northwood for over a year and couldn’t be happier. The apartment manager, Aleah, and the maintenance man, Colin are friendly, efficient and always happy to help. I never went more than 24 hours with an issue not being resolved. The grounds, pool area and mail room are always kept nice and tidy. Thanks to these 2 living here has been a very enjoyable experience.

I just wanted to give props and kudos to our managers at Northwood Place, Aleah and Collin. I've been a tenant at NWP for quite a while, and have seen different managers come and go over the years. Aleah and Collin are pretty awesome managers and a great team. Anytime I have had any sort of issue big or small with my unit, they are very attentive and quick to respond to resolve the issue. My hot water heater pretty much exploded last year, it was a crazy mess. But Aleah and Collin handled and took care of everything in no time!...THANK YOU!

Aleah is the kindest landlord. If I ever have a question, concern or request, she has always gotten back to me in a timely manner. The laundry rooms are always clean and if they are not, they are always happy to hear so they can fix the issue. Aaliyah is considerate of all tenants and make sure all voices are heard. And I am excited about the gate code and enhancements to our gym that we are receiving and I truly believe these are because of Aleah. I have been with Brighton village for almost 5 years. I’m glad she took over from the previous management team.
