Center Place has been our home for nearly two years, and the transformation under the new Complex Manager has been nothing short of extraordinary. Since Angelica and her management team took over, the occasional noise disturbances have vanished, bringing a newfound sense of tranquility to the community. They've also established a community resource center that caters to residents' diverse needs—providing free diapers, assistance with scheduling appointments at local food banks, resources for seniors, and an afterschool program complete with refreshments for the kids. These initiatives have truly made a difference and reflect a promising direction for the complex.

P.S. This review is completely unpaid! If you're exploring leasing options, stop by the complex to see everything it has to offer. Conveniently located within walking distance of an elementary school, with a park just across the street, and less than a mile from the Highlands!

Property is clean, maintenance is very productive and professional. The office manager Angelica, advocates for the tenants and goes above and beyond. The new office personnel greets you with a smile is professional. The complex is quiet and calm, the community is gated and parking is accessible. Valet trash picked up from your door step.

Angie is so sweet, very informative and helpful! She went into detail about everything I needed to know plus more. She is amazing! The move in process was so smooth and easy all thanks to her. Very appreciative of her! (:

This is the worst apartment you can imagine. They rob you of your hard-earned money, charging $190 for water in a two-bedroom apartment every month through a third-party company with outrageous fees. If you don’t pay, they deduct it from your rent and add late fees.

The stairways are filthy—covered in oil stains, cobwebs, bird droppings, and dust. Complaints about cleanliness are ignored, but they’re quick to knock on your door for late rent payments. The environment is unbearably loud, with people blasting music, smoking, and even selling weed.

They charged us for carpet cleaning when the carpet wasn’t even dirty. We signed a one-year lease, and we are out. Do not lease here. This place is a disaster.

They even charge $16 per month for valet trash, but the workers drag the trash bags, leaving grease and dirt all over the stairs—making it embarrassing to have guests over. Huge dogs bark constantly, disturbing everyone, and their owners don’t even clean up after them, leaving poop all over the grass.

I have video evidence of how filthy this place is. Avoid it at all costs.

I've been waiting for over half a year for them to come and fix things in my apartment, and this month they were very formal about coming to fix it. I'm still waiting. This new management is useless, and the office has a very bad attitude. Don't rent here. Everything is very bad and very expensive. The apartments are falling apart from old age, and there are robberies and other crimes.

Asset Living took over , no longer owned by Valiant. Look up asset living on BBB and Google. Save yourself!!! WORST apartments I’ve ever stayed in! They placed my rent money into someone else’s account! CONSTANT noise, extremely loud music, loud trucks revving their engines for fun, and people crowding the stairs to your apartment smoking and in the way. Walls are PAPER THIN. You can hear neighbors closing their doors, people closing car doors, and outside conversations like you’re there with them. Maintenance doesn’t speak or understand English. They don’t know how to fix anything and take weeks to come fix anything. Management does nothing. They won’t respond to emails or pick up the phone. Water and waste bill is over $100 dollars even if you don’t use it. Gate stopped working once new management took over. Units infested with roaches and spiders. DON’T DO IT, DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PAID REVIEWS. Trust me! They are extremely nice until you move in and then you’ll be extremely upset because you were tricked. Those in the office are more than rude.

I am extremely frustrated with living here. I stay in building 411, and someone in the building regularly smokes weed and blasts music until 2:30 AM. At times, the music is so loud that it vibrates through the walls, even continuing until 3:00 AM.

The walls are thin, and with shared vents, it feels like the weed is being smoked in my own space. Some people have no respect or consideration for others, and I’m starting to understand why some tenants resort to legal action.

This complex used to be a nice place to live, but recently, the new tenants have caused many good neighbors to move out. The main issue is that management rarely addresses these problems.
