Ted does a great job managing my rental properties so it made sense to use him as my agent when it was time to sell. Ted did a great job negotiating and got me the best deal possible, and always kept me in the loop during the sale process. He was available anytime I needed a question or concern addressed. Central Cal Management is one of the BEST property managements in town in my opinion! Any issues or concerns I had were addressed rapidly and professionally! Central Cal Management ,Inc is the best of best of services a landlord can possible have.
They are are all way on their job and their book keeping and end of year reports are a plus.
Always ready to solve any problems with the rental properties and provide their own maintenance contractors.
My experience with Central Cal Management has been fantastic ,I truly recommend this Company.

CCM was a great property Management group. They were attentive and friendly, they responded in a timely manner to requests, complaints and concerns. Would definitely seek out another property if I was moving to Bakersfield again.

The communication is great. Anytime there has been an issue the response time is very quick. We had an emergency pipe leaking and they were on it! Thank goodness. Management is also very friendly!

Mostly prompt with all maintenance requests, save for some (but much better than some places), and returned the deposit quickly once my dad had moved out! Which honestly can be really difficult with other property managers to even get them to acknowledge they owe you a deposit back…

He did move out nearly a year ago now, when Raymond was the one in charge 🙂

I’ve had the worse experience with this property management. I’m not sure if they got new staff because all these reviews are positive and unfortunately I’ve only been dealing with them a few weeks and I have nothing good to say. Unit was not move in ready, unit STILL has a lot of work that needs to be done to it. Their polices are ridiculous, you have to pay rent & deposit immediately after being approved and move in even if there are broken doors, broken lights, broken toilets & broken stoves
