Todd and Brooke were extremely friendly and helped our family find our dream apartment home. We love the complex, and it’s nice it is pet friendly. The amenities are extremely nice to have access too and washer/dryer is icing on the cake! Thank you both for your wonderful customer service and professionalism. Ten stars

Beautiful property! I highly recommend booking an appointment to tour with Brooke.
Even though she was already assisting someone and I didn't have an appointment she still made time to answer my questions and give me a folder with information about the property. I look forward to touring the property with her soon.

Nice community but some tenants has no courtesy of others when it comes to parking. They double park or park too closed to the line. Trash is always full. Homeless people dumpster dive the trash. People who is not a tenant throws away their junk in there. Neighbor above us makes alot of noise after hours. Some pet owners walk their dogs without leash. Also they speed in the area as if they are driving in the freeway.I hope all this can be looked into.

Kind of a weird building. It's dark in the hallways, and you can smell everyone's food cooking. It's also very confusing the way the units are all numbered. Hard to find the apt you are looking for. I don't live here and only was briefly visiting someone so as far as the inside of the units, I can't speak on. I didn't see any visitor parking either.

While I didn’t choose to live here, Brooke gave me an amazing tour and I would’ve definitely loved living here. I would recommend Central Park to anyone looking in the La Mesa/San Diego area.

I don't recommend this place. Since Greystar took over the quality of the people renting there has taken a turn for the worse. Basically they rent to anybody as long as they pass the income test, and you can confirm that with the manager. They raise the rent 200.00 per year, no matter who you are. I don't recommend this place to anyone. More than 50% of the people have dogs and all you hear is barking all the time and lots of noise. Place is very cheaply built it’s noisy and they charge way too much for the apartments. If they can get 5000 a month for these apartments they will and they don’t care how many people they put out in the streets. It’s all about money here at Central Park. I recommend you stay away because they don’t care anything about the tenants and they haven’t given their staff a raise in over three years

Central Park is fabulous! I use to live at La Jolla Park East which was nice because of the vaulted ceilings and larger sq footage but all the apartments are inside one building with an elevator Central Park is just as nice as far as amenities and appliances and I just love the quaintness quietness and the atmosphere with all of the trees and being a 4 min walk to the trolly station is a major plus! Five stars ⭐️

I've been here for almost two years and I absolutely love this complex. The front office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Every single maintenance request I've had has always was dealt with promptly. I feel very safe at this complex and residents are very friendly. The complex is right next to a park and in walking distance to grocery stores. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in La Mesa!
