Highly recommend. Had a great experience. Quite neighborhood. Great location for everything nearby. Responsive leasing office. Never had anything that needed repairs. Clean pool, gym, and common areas. Nancy made the moving in and moving out process very easy. Very kind maintenance gentleman. Would stay here again--very pleased!

I lived in central park villas for approximately 2 years and my experience there was amazing. The help was provided promptly and professionally when issues arose. In addition, the move out process was seamless and easy. Nancy ensured deposits were returned (something not typically found w/apartment management). She had our best interest in mind, but was also frank in things that needed to be fixed— so no surprises. I would recommend living here, it’s clean, safe, and quiet.

I lived here for roughly two years and my experience here was great Friendly community and great management. Apartment manger Nancy was very helpful and attentive when I needed helped with whatever. I’ve lived in apartments where management couldn’t care less about your needs. Nancy and the Central Park were far from that. I would highly recommend leasing here.

I have been living here for more than 5 years and satisfied with everything. Especially I want to thank the CPV team for taking care of my bathroom issue so quickly. Nancy arranged a maintenance right after I asked her about it. Jose came to my room in 1-2 hours and got everything done in 3-4 hours. Really GREAT 🤩👍👍👍

We have lived here 2 1/2 years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance supervisor is very proficient in his response to any issues we have in our home. The parking lot is very well lite at night to make us feel safe and secure. We enjoy all the fun activities that they provide for us during the year. The 24 hour fitness gym makes it easy to work out when ever we need. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live, to call the office for a tour

This is an excellent place to live. The Manager Nancy and Maintnence person Jose are exceptional. Very quick to resolve issues and they creat a very friendly apartment community climate. I highly recommend Central Park Villas .

I am headed into my sophomore year of college, which means I haven't done this a long time, so I don't have much to compare it to, BUT it also means I have so many questions almost all the time. Kar is absolutely amazing. She answers my questions patiently and in a way that makes me feel taken care of and truly cared for. Whenever I go and have a question, we often talk for 15-20 minutes! Kar works so hard and goes above and beyond what I could imagine or hope for in an apartment manager. Kar makes living at the CPV more than just an apartment complex, but a community. I would recommend CPV to anyone and everyone looking for a place to live! You would be lucky to have Kar as your apartment manager.
