Soren is a wonderful agent: personable, thoughtful, highly responsive, patient, and extraordinarily knowledgeable. Coming from out of state, my husband and I knew we loved Vermont and wanted to relocate there, but were short on local knowledge. Soren explained the market and the kinds of houses and landscapes we might consider; recommended likely areas for us; set us up with daily updates about available properties; showed us several houses (often on the semi-spur of the moment, when we were in-state for a weekend); answered innumerable questions (about everything from flood plains to green energy incentives to annual snowfall to the norms for siding in central VT); guided us through all the formalities of the sale; and recommended terrific, reliable local contractors. We were especially grateful for his architectural and historical knowledge, as we love old houses (and bought one!). Truly, Soren is the best.
