Within a few days, Jim sent us a complete work up on our homes value as well as comps in the area. We then met with Jim again and listed our home. After an online search of reviews we selected Jim as our realtor. He was FANTASTIC!!! He answered every single one of my million questions (even on a Saturday at 10pm). He was kind, reassuring, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He even managed to get us $4,000 over asking price within the first 36 hours of it being listed!
