I have to agree with everyone saying they were being strung along! Seems like it's the thing this agency does. The representative Laurie told a group that they cleared the application process and even asked them for the security deposit. The group asked for a lease and then two days later were told they didn't get the house. No explanation or apology for wasting their time while trying to find suitable housing. Please think twice about giving them any of your business. List and sell with another realty company!

Do not work with Mathew Handwerk, he could not make a commitment for anything we had an initial showing that he just decided not to show up for no phone call text anything just left us there standing infront of the property. He strung us along for a whole month telling us he would "update us tomorrow" and his updates were "Owners are out of town update you tomorrow" until he decided to just straight out ignore us. we had to have our broker call his broker that still could not get ahold of him. Weeks of this went on just waiting for updates. We finally get approved the day before thanksgiving and patiently wait for a move in date to. finally the only text he ever gave us was "have your clients come and pick up their application check" to our personal agent we were working with. Mind you we applied for the house the same day we saw it. The second we were approved we sent in the $300 for our application fees. Very unprofessional the entire time it seemed like he could care less for what he does. We were also told he is one of the "bad agents" by his own leasing company. The standards for their work is reflected in their effort which to us was absolutely none. One of the easiest sales of his career and he decided to ignore us because we had a dog when he even stated he is an advocate for dogs. only to approve someone after he already approved us with a smaller dog. So we were disseminated against because of our dog when there was no where in the lease of a no dog policy. Terrible agents and terrible service if you are looking at a home from this company prepare to be put on the back burner if you have a medium sixed dog. If you work with Mathew I would switch immediately or he might waste your time for weeks also!

don’t waste your time with these people. they string you along and tell you you’re approved and then cancel your application and move someone else in. Matthew Handwerk is one of the worst people i’ve ever had to deal with. Additionally the broker, Becky, is just as horrible. HORRIBLE agency, don’t waste your time
