I have rented with century 21 for a little over a year and I have nothing bad to say at all. They respond quickly to maintenance request and do a great job at keeping my wife and I informed of any changes that are being made. A big help was we were having issues with our heating and the next morning they had somebody out here fixing it. It was great and I highly recommend renting through century 21.

They kept the place rented, but they did NO maintenance. I lucked out. We sold our property before the boiler broke, and the septic died because it was old, but also because they DID NO Maintenance.

They went so far as to LIE to me about servicing the boiler.

Worst property managers in the world. Horrible to deal with, continuously fed me lies until I moved away then charged me outrageous fees. Paid over $500 in labor to replace light bulbs, and lied to me saying I would have an opportunity to fix things. Better off getting a homeless meth addict for a property manager or just do it yourself!

Highly not recommended for property management. You definitely get what you pay for. You may as well do it yourself before hiring these guys. Better off paying someone in town to do it who will actually care about your place and be proactive in helping you get it market to rent. Overly dramatic on all aspects. Rude and condescending. Lazy. I wish I could give negative stars.
