Rick sold my house in couple months. He provided excellent service. We had good communication. He even used his off office hours to answer most of my questions. I am so thankful we found Rick Polidore. We had worked with another realtor but we felt we didn’t get the service we needed. Rick was very attentive and patient with us. We had a very difficult time purchasing a home due to a realtor representing this agency. She put up many road blocks for us which wasted time and ultimately cost us money out of pocket. Moving on to the next home, which we know we will find soon. It’s too bad because we felt this was a missed opportunity regarding a house that we absolutely loved. Oh well, on to the next one!
