“By law the burden of proof is on the recipient to prove they didn’t receive them not the sender proving they sent them” this is the response I got from property manager Liz when I asked if she could resend the emails she said she sent saying she was going to fine us for HOA. I have my statement showing that we only owed our regular dues as of January 1st- no mention of a fine or saying we are going to be fined. All of a sudden a week before our house is closing about January 24th we receive a new invoice saying we a hundred dollars for fines. I emailed Liz to inquire what we are being fined for and she says they have sent me emails and we owe fines- Liz told me I should check my spam and I did-
No emails. I don’t know why she refuses to send me to the emails she claims to have sent. I didn’t ask for the law just for her to resend the emails she already said she sent. We had to pay the hundred dollars so we could sell our house. Unethical and very rude. Would not recommend.

So yesterday was move in day for my 3 roommates and I. We met our agent at the house at 6pm with our stuff to move in only to be blindsided that someone was still living there. We have papers in hand signed saying that move in day was the 3rd and verbal agreements with both the owner and agent that we would wait until the 8th. We go in and talk to them and after these facts are brought up the owner gets defensive and cancels our deal on the day we are to move in. All of us are employed, no legal issues, make over 4 times the rent and have been flexible this whole process to make it work. Even agreed to wait even longer for the owner to get it together and move out. This leaves one of us technically homeless. No solution is offered from century 21 and we've just wasted the last month and a half being told we had this place only to get treated like that and left sitting in the driveway of the place we have papers saying is ours being told we need to leave. They're also still holding our money until Monday. How the hell does that happen

Stay away from this slum, the landlord is the definition of a slumlord. If he thinks you look like he can take advantage of you, he will. He will show you the ONE unit that looks good to trick you into signing a lease that says everything is in perfect condition and then he will move you into a black mold infested dump with terrible plumbing and seems to routinely ignore health department standards, it doesnt matter if you have kids or if you are pregnant, he will swindle you. The main office is also full of slimeballs. For your sake and for your families sake, stay away from this HUGE health hazard.

If i could give it a zero I would, Gwenever is not a good property manager if you ever lease with her you will not get your deposit back. My washer got messed up and took her over a month to get it fix and still charge me for water like if i was using it. I have also met other people that also lease with her and went through the same problems i did. Think twice before you lease with her

There are the single worst managment company I've ever had to work with. Me and my family will never rent with this company again. They are very unprofessional when comes to talk to over the phone and that includes the upper management.
