STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS!!
Writing this review from a friend's account because they will make your life a living hell if they know your true identity.
Have been living here for 2 years now. The people working in the leasing office are very rude and will not resolve anything. The maintenance request wait time is crazy.

The worst experience of my life, I lived in these apartments for two years, the smells filter between the apartments, the upstairs neighbor in apartment 204B smoked marijuana, you can't imagine how unpleasant it is to wake up at 2 am hearing your daughter crying Because of the smell that was throughout the apartment I complained and the manager never did anything, the maintenance people enter the apartment when they feel like they check bathrooms and drawers, they never change the air conditioning filters only when there is a city inspection, the Dirty water from the washing machine is returned through the shower, the bathroom in the living room smells like sewage, they charge for everything and apologize for everything but as a tenant you have no right to anything, when you leave they want to charge you for everything as new. again this was the worst experience in my life do not rent here cheap is expensive

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in, if you're thinking about living here don't do it!!!! Smoke alarms are consistently going off randomly in the middle of night, during the day and morning time!!!

I wanted to take some time out and give Armando his just due. Armando came to my apartment and fixed every service orders in the quickest time that I've ever seen. The service requests weren't easy and it was to my belief that they probably needed a contractor to come out. I am having company this weekend so it was a relief that my apartment wouldn't have any problems in it. I can't explain how grateful I am to him and this isn't the first time I've experienced him taking care of a serious problem that I've had in one of your apartments. I've been here over 2 years and Armando is definitely your company's best asset as far as maintenance is concerned. I hope management is as pleased and grateful for Armando as I am right now. Thank you.

I absolutely love living here! Maintenance is fast, quiet floor, & we are getting a new pool in the next 6 weeks. Floor layouts are so cute! Office was fast getting me approved & the team is incredibly helpful! Trust me, you will enjoy living here as a home

This place has the worst management company I have ever dealt with. If you want to go over the onsite management and go to the top, they will never call you back. My dishwasher didn't work for 6 months before I moved out, My electric bill in the summer before I left was $344 for a one bedroom. I told them something was wrong with unit or something as the previous year it was 167 in the hottest month. If you want anything fixed its an issue. Mario in Maintenance is fabulous, if he is still there. Please save yourself the trouble, the insides are nice and i heard the are updating some of apartments but its not worth the trouble and hassle of jumping through hoops to get this company to care about the renters. I paid all my bills before I left and removed my info off website. They then billed me another 104 over what my deposit for new carpet etc, apparently for water. My water bill was never that high. One Person in a one bedroom unit. My whole unit was blocked out the backdoor while doing pool reconstruction, super loud. plugging into my power outlets all the time. Pool was always dirty, elevators broke down all the time. Doors broken to the outside.( the one by my apartment was always open so anyone could walk in not to mention it when it was hot outside or raining. I would avoid this company which also owns/manages Lakeview at Parkside and Villas at Parkside.

If there was a spot to give a zero review i would! i lived here and i got my truck stolen from the parking lot of this complex. when i asked for the camara footage to help figure out what happened they said they couldn't give it to me even though i had a police report and the cops called to get it from then. Then my car window got smashed in the underground gated parking lot. I once again went to management and asked for camara footage and they said the camaras where "down and getting fixed"(other residents said theyve been saying that for years and they dont really work) and that i also needed a police report which i had and gave to them and the cop also called a few times to ask for it and nothing. The manager then canceled our lease because the manager was being extremely rude because we kept going and asking about the footage and why they didn't have an answer for us. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE THERE moved to a different complex within a few days worst experience
