Chelsea just assisted us in helping sell our first house. Having never sold a house before we had a tons of questions and no idea how the process worked. Chelsea has been a pleasure to work with from day one of our six-month search for land or a second home by the sea. In our experience in person and from afar, Chelsea has proven herself to be very knowledgeable, and attentive with her presentations and research on various types of properties. She is creative and helped us to view properties through zoom in real time, as if we were there with her, asking questions and getting great answers or follow-up. She is such a hard worker that she showed us a great new listing on a Sunday which was supposed to be her day off with her kids. She is a dedicated, smart professional who knows her area well and goes the extra mile, especially for out of town buyers like us who needed her boots on the ground (she's also an energetic hiker)!
