We’ve been staying here for 3 and 1/2 years so far so good
There were times we forget our keys at the front door and sometimes they would knock on our door about it and at times our keys will be at the door till we see it in the morning
You can consider this complex safe with regards to this matter
It’s true a little bit pricey but very convenient for stores hosp and nice mall
We are both retired and just enjoying what is left of our time
We strongly recommend this place

My son moved to the area for his 1st post-college job, and after a couple weeks of research Cherrywood wound up at the top of our list. We visited the top 5 apartment complexes today, starting and ending here. The combination of price, manicured property, well-maintained unit, pools, gyms, nearby shopping, access to road arteries was unmatched by any competitors.

Leonard Armenta gave us the tour this morning, then walked us through all the hoops of getting the apartment (including setting up the apartment account, credit check, rental insurance, utilities, making electronic deposit and 1st month rent) leased this afternoon.

This guy is great at his job!

The apartment complex itself is great, good ratio for price and quality. There are some issues happens, but maintenance team address them asap, thanks for that.
Apart from that, it doesn't seem like safe neighborhood anymore. We start to afraid go out after sunset, a lot of weird things happens around: unexpected explosion sounds at night (like single firework), suspicious cars blocking roads, homeless sleeping around, car break-ins, police raids from time to time and so on (just check crime map with official info from police).
I believe apartment management could at least install couple of cameras on parking lots, and hire security patrol which is not hiding from troubles.

Update 09/11/2023: I've noticed that security on bikes become more visible for a while after numerous of incidents, and today new security service provider with professional officers were announced. I really appreciate apartment management took the issue seriously, will see how new security/guards will make a difference.

We’ve been living there for 4 years and absolutely loved it. The stuff is nice and responsive, the maintenance team is great (was always taking care on the same or the next day). They’re really taking good care about the outdoor area, plants and lawn. There’s a security patrol on every night.
Also they were hosting many events with the gifts and snacks. Very friendly place.
The location is really convenient for everything you need.

Lived here for about a year now. The property is well-maintained and it's a fairly quiet location. Any maintenance issues that I've had have always been resolved very quickly. I always see Security monitoring the property. The gym is kept very clean and there is nice equipment.

The grounds are beautifully kept and the buildings are updated very often.
Location is great and close to all your shopping needs
Please bring yoga back sometime soon! it was a great resource.

This is an open-to-public, un-cameraed, crime-friendly apartment community. You can even see some residents/visitors peesing right at the parking spot after sunset.
AND FREQUENT car break-ins.
Do not move in!!!
