Experience and diligence are the best . I was looking to purchase a home in Paradise. I found the prefect fit for my needs. Sandi Bauman was the selling agent for this property. It was unique in that it was owned by Fannie Ma. Sandi was very experience in working with the owner. She was very professional in the negotiations. Since this was a manufactured home we had a home inspection. The inspection turned up several defects. Sandi contacted the manufacture of the home to arrange for the repairs. She also suggested other inspections to make sure the home was in good condition. She was very diligent in following up on the repairs. Sandi was very easy to work with and she was very concerned that I was kept informed on all the purchase processes. Sandi was very personable and a pleasure to work with. I will have her list my lot for sale and when I move out of my house in Chico she will be the listing agent. I highly recommend Sandi to any one looking for a real estate agent.

Someone you can trust with all of your residential real estate transactions. Best Real Estate Agent Ever! Sandi is simply the best real estate one can work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes the entire process easy. Finally - a REAL pro!! Sandi proved to be such a professional. She was honest with me every step of the way; she used statistics which she shared with me when giving me her opinion about the price, the market, the comps, etc. For me, this was golden because I am such a statistics person anyway. Everything she did was timely, she never missed a deadline, she explained things to me as a "colleague" (even though I'm not) and never talked down to me, or treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. And she really listened to my concerns, my worries, my opinions. I would highly recommend Sandi and her team to anybody, without reservation. She is the real deal!!
