Personally, Ive never so much as set foot on their lot. I had a question about a Mazda I was thinking about buying though and Caleb J. went out of his way to give me some beta about the vehicle. he was thorough, professional, accommodating and super knowledgeable about this model. I purchased a Mazda CX-90 and the entire experience was great. Rodrigo was great and didn’t make me feel rushed, even though I was there after hours. He took his time explaining all the car features and we even had a few laughs. Rodrigo is the man to go to!
Nathan was also great. He also deserves a big shout out. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and didn’t hesitate to explain things.
There were a few things I didn’t like. For example, signing something stating I declined a service( the catalytic converter coverage) , when it was never offered. Apparently the dealership was recently purchased by someone new and they didn’t offer it.
Overall, i would recommend going there but only bc of Rodrigo.

Caleb is super helpful and easy to talk to. My girlfriend’s car was doing something weird and he spent the time talking to me and explaining what’s going on. Very knowledgeable about the cars and will get an answer if he doesn’t already know it.

OMG!
I gave this dealership another try after an unsatisfying experience two years ago, and again they failed to give the customer respect.
Where to start?
I got there twenty minutes early, my bad, did not mind waiting for the appointment time, after that it took them twenty minutes to get the car in. I was told it would be just a few minutes, it was forty more minutes. I was there for an hour and a half for a recall to update a computer system.
When I got my car back I talked with Barry the service manager immediately about a scratch on my front bumper, he told me it was a rock. I know my car, I got it with four miles on it. I wash and wax it, a service they would charge me $395 for, I know every scratch and where, how, and/or when it got there. This is more like a gouge from a tool.
After listening to him explain it away I went to get into my car and the seat and door panel were both dirty with some grime, and the mechanic did not remove a cover from the seat. I went inside again, I was so upset and needing to maintain composure that I reported it then simply asked for a damp towel to try and remove the grime , that they again explained as from me. I am fit to be tied.
They are polite, but not responsible.
The grime stayed clear since wiping it off, if it was me it would have reappeared. Use protective covers to literally cover your ass.

Rian is a rockstar! I was very impressed with Rian’s professionalism and transparency. I would definitely recommend him and the rest of the crew to my family and friends. Everyone was so friendly and approachable and very helpful.

I have always been a Chevrolet person, but decided to go with something different this time around. I can assure you am not disappointed. I love my new car and I am happy to be a part of the Mazda family now!

My husband and I got our brand new CX-90 last week, and had a great experience! Each staff member was super friendly and were able to answer any questions we had about the Mazda brand or about the model of the car itself. They were personable and honest and were able to get us a great deal with some dealership packages. Highly recommend getting a Mazda from Chico Mazda!

The service department is very disorganized. Make sure they have ordered the needed part before you schedule an appointment. There is poor coordination between parts and service. Twice I have had my car diagnosed but when I arrive weeks later to have it serviced they haven’t ordered the part. One time they took my car for a week to be seviced, even provided a loaner but never got the right parts. Finally got it fixed a month later. Once they get everything they need they do a fine job. Also they need to stagger the drop off times because there is not enough parking for drop off.
