Before covid, when I started to take my son here, he started regressing. He used to go to the bathroom independently, and after attending here, he wanted me to take him by the hand & wait for him right by the door. I would tell him to go by himself like he used to, but he would just pee himself. He also stated mimicking behaviors (throwing himself on the floor & throw a fit) that he did not have before because teachers would let the children have whatever they want either because they do not know how to redirect them or simply because they don't want to deal with their behaviors. My son was also in the class where different children with a variety of disabilities were in. The staff was nice but they needed a lot of training. I hope things have changed & they got the proper trained staff they need. I saw that this school was not benefiting my son, so I took him out. If you are a stay home parent you can give this program called HIPPY (for children 5 & under) a try where they give you 4 monthly lessons, books & materials for you to be your own child's teacher at home where they will also go monthly to your own home to teach you how to do the lessons with your child.
