Lori was absolutely incredible during the entire sale process. I honestly have nothing but great things to say about her. My house had an offer we excepted in less than a week after listing and she made the whole process incredibly smooth and pain-free.

I didn't anticipate selling my house to be such a pleasant experience. Everything went. Super smooth and the offer was above asking price and no concessions or inspection. Lori was instrumental in the process and absolutely crushed it. I am super happy with how things went and oh her a great deal of gratitude. I am battling cancer currently and she went out of her way to make sure the sale went smooth, and more importantly kept me stress-free during the process. She also checked up on me regularly to see how treatment was going and how I was doing. She's an incredibly nice person and extremely good at what she does.

I can't recommend Chip Hodgkins and his real estate firm enough!!! Chip is incredibly professional, experienced, and talented. Our mother is older and we were struggling to navigate the many challenges getting her home sold and her into independent living. Chip was just great working with us, since we all lived many miles away from Mom. He was able recommend resources and make suggestions for us because he is so connected in the area. Most importantly, he was a huge help to our mother as he patiently answered her questions and helped her get to a comfort level with the sale of her home. In the end, he wildly exceeded expectations on getting the final sale price that she wanted. If you want to sell your home in the Syracuse area, Chip Hodgkins is the real estate agent you should have on your team!!!

The team, especially Eric Cartier was amazing to work with. Eric showed us several houses and helped us put in multiple offers, was fun to work with and personable.
