We just moved in a month ago, and the building is amazing, but the Chorus team is what makes it incredible. We love every person on staff - special shout-out to Kaeleb and Ashley from leasing and Dang at the front desk! 🙂 My husband and I have lived in many apartments across the country over the years, and Chorus has been the best by far. We get responses to every email and call, and are offered solutions with empathy and action. We can't wait to keep living here!

I recently moved into this apartment building, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service and quality of living that this community provides. From the moment I first inquired about availability (thanks Ben), the leasing team was friendly, informative, and accommodating.

The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I appreciate the attention to detail and the high-end finishes throughout the unit. The building amenities are also top-notch, with a well-equipped fitness center + Ninja Warrior training circuit, a beautiful pool area, and a spacious resident lounge. There is a public bar and working spaces, which have been incredibly convenient.

What truly sets this community apart, however, is the level of service provided by the management and maintenance teams (special thanks to Angel for being on his A game with packages). They are always available to address any concerns or issues that arise and are quick to respond to maintenance requests. I feel truly valued as a resident and appreciate the efforts management makes to ensure that we are comfortable and happy in our homes.

One of the things I love about living here is the sense of community that the building fosters. The management team organizes regular resident events, such as a wine tour in Napa Valley and a Tahoe ski trip, which have been a great way to meet my neighbors and explore the area (special thanks to Davidson). These events are always well-planned and executed, and it's clear that the team puts a lot of thought and effort into making them enjoyable for everyone.

Overall, I highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience with exceptional service and a strong sense of community in San Francisco. Thank you to the entire team for all that you do!

I lived here for a year, just moved out due to work and decided to leave honest review.
Fantastic staff and amazing amenities. Management are very helpful through the year even during some family issues. My move in and move out were as smooth as possible.
This was an amazing experience here at Chorus, I will definitely come back here If I ever move back to SF.

The Chorus apartment complex epitomizes sheer luxury, elevating your lifestyle to extraordinary levels. Within the building itself, every corner you explore creates a sense of fulfillment, as if you've ventured out and made the most of your day. When I relocated from London to San Francisco, Chorus exceeded all my expectations, making it an unequivocal choice. The entire staff became an extension of my family!

I resided on the 18th floor in a cozy one-bedroom apartment with an awe-inspiring view. Despite its compact size, it accommodated all my belongings perfectly. As someone who works from home, the living space provided just the right amount of room, complemented by a spacious bathroom featuring a luxuriously large shower. Chorus offers a workspace with meeting rooms, a breathtaking rooftop, and even a bar area, allowing for a variety of options when working remotely and desiring a change of scenery.

The Chorus team consistently goes above and beyond by organizing events for residents. Their commitment to creating memorable experiences is unparalleled.

The gym at Chorus is truly remarkable. Corey Lemonier, our HIIT instructor, treated our small group like it was a PT session, pushing each of us to reach our maximum potential. He knew exactly when to challenge us with extra weight, even when we doubted ourselves. Together, our group formed a bond and became friends. I'm convinced that few other buildings worldwide offer such exceptional fitness facilities.

Relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying the breathtaking rooftop views transported me to another world

While I recently left Chorus due to personal circumstances and my lease coming to an end, I already miss it dearly. In my new apartment complex, I have to leave the premises to feel a sense of being out and about. However, at Chorus, everything was conveniently available within reach, with ample space and a staff that felt like family. The experience of moving out was exceptional, surpassing my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised when the team provided paint for touch-ups and understood the natural wear and tear of living. Their support and understanding truly impressed me.

I fondly remember the Chorus family and extend my gratitude to:

Corey Lemonier: Your contributions and support in the gym and personality have made you a loved by all. Chorus wouldn't be the same without you. Thank you for pushing us all and entertaining us at the same time lol
Davidson Le: Your dedication as the events planner ensured exceptional service for all residents.
Kim Jose, Front Desk Manager: I miss your friendly face every morning. Even at 6 am, you brought cheer to everyone. The front desk team's attentiveness, knowing which floor residents were on and calling the elevator in advance, was remarkable.
Ben, Front Desk Staff: Your kindness, care, and excellent memory of residents' lives always made for engaging conversations. I miss our chats and your fantastic recommendations for things to do in the city.
Luis Padilla: Your assistance and warm welcome were always appreciated.
Ashley, Director of Sales: Thank you for your amazing support during my lease renewal and for assisting me with various moving-related matters. Your dedication was exceptional.
Olivia Williams, Sales Manager: I miss your friendly face, as you became part of my extended family. Your willingness to help was invaluable.
Ben Atal, Sales Coordinator: Your welcoming and cheerful demeanor, coupled with friendly conversations, made you a standout. I also miss admiring your incredible artwork.
Royce Song and Kiani Rosa, Bar Staff: I miss both of you. Your friendly and outgoing nature made you incredible additions to the Chorus family. You consistently checked in on everyone, offering fantastic recommendations and creating delightful experiences with your amazing drinks and exceptional service. Having a bar within the apartment complex, with two friends always ready to chat after work, was an extraordinary feature.
I express my heartfelt gratitude to Chorus! I hope to call it my home again someday

I had the pleasure in working with Gerlynn and she was beyond amazing! She did a great job showing the apartment community from top to bottom. Even though I decided not to go with Chorus to make my home, Gerlynn surely made me feel like it could have been my potential home. I would definitely recommend working with her if looking to make Chorus your home. Again, beyond amazing!

Save your time and money! This building is horrible and management is so unhelpful. The spaces here are not functional as far as living, the bedrooms are so small you can only fit a bed (queen sized is the biggest you can fit) and basically nothing else. If you have an issue the best around the bush and make it seem as though they will help when in all actually they never solve the issue.
They will try to sell you on this building that it’s so great and wow you with the amenities but don’t be blinded. Any activity they offer for the building you will always have to pay a fee to participate. While the amenities are nice it’s not worth it to move here. They will literally lie to you. I’m still early in my lease but let me be very transparent…..The walls and windows are so thin you can hear everything outside from people yelling on the street, cars driving by, the bus stopping and opening its doors at the bus stop. The shades are see through they block out nothing. The ventilation system is horrible you can smell what your neighbors are cooking in your home.
The loading dock to move in is on 12th street right across from a homeless encampment so make sure you have someone stand by to make sure nobody steals your stuff moving in as it is not secure in anyway. Not to mention you have to drive by that and see the encampment every time you go to the garage to park your car. Parking is crazy $595 but they give you a $100 discount only for 12 months ( they make you sign a 16mo lease in order to get concessions, never heard of that before usually its minimum of 12mos at other places). You can either get the parking concession or the amenities concession of having $75 waived for 12months. They don’t tell you in the tour there is a fee for packages concierge of $25 and a porter fee$4.00. They keep the packages in a big room that anyone has access to. Many times you have to go get the packages yourself. Now they tell you you have to break down your boxes and walk them to the designated area in the garage (which is always a mess and overflowing) or you will be fined but there are people that will leave boxes in the elevator bank area and those boxes will be there for days.
The residents pay their own gas and electric bill but they charge the residents a gas fee for heating the water. So be prepared and the water is not hot at all it’s warm at best coming from the showers and tubs. These people will literally nickel and dime you, so please do your due diligence before moving here. I will say the apartments across the street (1550) so much better space wise and parking is not nearly as much there ($425 valet) as it is here. I wish I would have gone with them, i regret my decision to move here everyday. As so as this lease is up I’m moving out of this place.
The last photo is from sat morning 03/09 right outside the building parking garage.

Update: Be aware the extra fees on top of monthly rent. You need to add an additional $200-$300/month to your rent ( package service, pest control, porter, internet, water heating, sewer, trash, water, and recycled water fee)

I have lived at Chorus for 3 years and absolutely love it. This building is SO nice, the amenities are insane with a full rooftop gym with everything you need, pool deck, hot tub, sky roof etc. The amenities and location make this place pretty perfect. My one bedroom is small-ish but plenty for what I need. Wifi throughout the building is also a nice touch.

Management is super friendly and relaxed. Have only needed maintenance once and it was a smooth process. I'd recommend this building to anyone, truly, it's awesome.

Great apartment experience; definitely expensive. Amenities are excellent: pool and hot tub are great to have, gym is lacking some machines and space but is still very convenient, rooftop is beautiful, and there’s almost too many communal work spaces. Feels like you’re coming home to a 4-star hotel. Surrounding area isn’t the safest, but close to Van Ness station and the 49 bus. Lots of apartment events but they cost quite a bit to attend. Be ready to pay an extra $200-300 on top of rent after utilities and the extra fees, but if you dig for promos during your tour you can secure a pretty nice deal on a 12-16 month lease.
