The Last Move

My husband and I were looking for a special house for our last move. I happened to meet Chris at an open house. Let me tell you, he was so knowledgeable and I got such a positive feel that he was hired! Afterwards, I did some research only to find that the reviews were everything anybody could hope for.

The road wasn’t a straight one and it never is. However, Chris anticipated and corrected those wobbles. We had our buyer in 6 days and closed in just over 30. I mean, what more?

Now we had our house sold but no place to go. Nerve-racking. We were looking daily. Chris had feelers out and so well-connected to the community, he found a place not yet on the market!! We put an offer on the house (beautiful btw) and closed that deal. We moved in just in time.

In the end, I’d classify the whole transaction as darn perfect. I’ve bought 7 homes in my lifetime. Not a one as easy as this, under demanding circumstances.
