This winter after having been in our home for 37 years we began to consider that the pool & yard required more maintenance than we wanted to continue doing. On the spur of the moment I answered a post about properties in the 55+ communities on the area.

6) When there were issues with the close of the sale of our home in Alamo Chris & his team worked closely with the team on the sale of our home to expedite the transfer of funds in time to close & record the deed on our new home before the
Labor Day holiday so we were able to maintain our moving schedule.

Our only regret is that we scheduled the close of our buy side too close to the close of our sell side.
