I have been through the home purchase and sell process a few times so from experience of working with several real estate agents, I claim that Christal Gillo is by far the most active and attentive to her clients, agent that I have worked with! She is willing to travel far for her clients endevour of finding their new home and is ALWAYS prompt in her communication and advising. She will not push you in any way into buying - she supports the buying process no matter how long it may take to find the right place. Christal was excellent, we made a couple trips to the Kettle Falls , Colville from the west side over several months.She always kept in communication and an eye out for the unique property that we were looking for. She showed us 6 properties and helped walk us through closing on the one we chose and negotiated a win-win deal.
Now I just to learn some of her secrets to catching Walleye 😆

Christal went out of her way several times to be sure we were happy. We were out of the country when she found our new home and she was our eyes. She drove to the property a couple times taking videos for us. We bought it sight unseen. She knew exactly what we were looking for and she never stopped. We will definitely use her again.
