Christian was there throughout a very complex and difficult sale. He went far beyond what most realtors would be willing to do. I live in Florida and contacted Christian July of 2023 to help with the sale of a condo in California. I informed him that I was not available for travel and said I needed someone to act in my behalf to get the condo ready for sale. He immediately agreed. He personally handled the inspections and repairs required to place the condo on the market and was my liaison throughout the process. Due to the fact that the condo was originally purchased under a city income restricted program and other unforeseen challenges, it took 1 year to finally close. During this time Christian’s commitment to complete the sale never wavered. I unconditionally recommend him and want to publicly thank him for all that he did.

It was my first time ever experienced selling a property in my life. Achieved a higher university education did not give much confidence in me. Since the property was located in Monterey California and I reside in Texas, therefore, I was connected to Christian Haun via long distance teleconference.
Winter of 2003, I made a decision to have the first meeting with Christian at Monterey, California. He had wealth of knowledge in current realtor business around Monterey Bay area.
Unfortunately, I painfully had to face the damaged property by natural disaster. Instead of alienated from selling the damaged property, Christian encouraged me to focus on positive aspect of the property and location. I was very impressed that Christian Immediately has introduced me the damaged property to multiple property investor in Monterey and other part of CA. When a buyer withdrew from purchasing the property, he immediately introduced me another buyer within few weeks.
Yes, it took only few month to sell the property!!!
During all these process, Christian promptly communicated with me via Email /phone call while maintained his professional integrity, utilized his wealth of knowledge and conducted respectful honest open communication with his client (Me) from beginning to the end of selling the property process.
I personally met Christian only one time. However, I have no reservation to recommend Christian to my family or my friends because Christian Haun is an Effective, Trustful Realtor Agent.
