For 10 months I've tried to get someone to fix my ceiling in the dining room. There is bathroom water from upstairs leaking onto my dinning room table. Someone came one time and "patched" a leak to make it look like it didn't leak? Never actually fixed the problem. This is also an apartment with ONE hot water heater. 1st who ever is there first with electric, pays the bill for everyone on both floors, hot water. 2nd that's not enough hot water for two apartments when everyone tries to shower. 3rd I shouldn't have to ask or schedule a shower time with my neighbors when I pay rent on my own place. I have at least 10 emails about work orders being done, when NO ONE showed up to do them 8 out of 10 times. Once to patch a leak not fix it. Once to change upstairs electric on hot water heater to electric downstairs. Other than that mantras is nice and friendly.
Pictures that are included are pics of the leaky ceiling after the "patch job" and it was still leaking.

I would just like to say it was a pleasure to work with your corp. Savanna was so helpful.The process was easy to understand and complete. I really like the first come first serve. I am completely shocked! I lived in a place that has several leaks. They never got fixed! Several things were ruined by this. They still refuse to give my security deposit back after living in uninhabitable conditions for close to a year. I will be filing a civil suit

Maintenance is very rude if you try to explain something wrong with something they aren't here to work on. We have had numerous issues with the house and the answer is they can release us from our lease. We like the house but want the drains and water to work properly.

Don't rent from them I lived in one of there places. for a year it leaked the whole time I lived there.i put in work order on top of work order and they didn't do nothing to fix it.they need to change there name too because they changed me $ 580.00 dollars a month and then raised my rent to 600.00 a month but would not fix the leak so it set up mold at the bottom of the wall were it leaked at .so if I was you I would stay away.
