Entering the real estate market is usually a scary, stressful ordeal. Over the years we have bought and sold several houses and it’s never been our favorite thing to do. We met Chris Ortiz and Bryce McChinak of BW & CO. Real Estate after they had sold a house in our neighborhood and were going door-to-door with flyers introducing themselves. We were very impressed with their energy, go-getter attitude, and professionalism. We had been getting ready to sell our house when they offered a no-strings attached meeting to discuss the value of our home, and their possible plan and strategy for selling it. To say they were impressive is an understatement. And that was just the beginning. They walked us through every aspect of the sale of our house. Even when we ran into a few glitches with our septic system, they gave us expert advice and never let us lose heart. We never left a meeting with them without feeling better afterward. We moved to Hawaii before our house had sold leaving it in Chris and Bryce’s capable hands. And, as it turned out, they handled much of the remaining inspections and legalities for us. Because of their diligence in marketing, we received (and accepted!) an offer $270,000 OVER asking the day before our house was to be listed on MLS! Chris and Bryce are exactly the kind of people you want in your corner! They are honest, forthright, fun, and above all, have the highest of integrity. Hire them!
