I have a friend that lives there and the buildings are well maintained inside and out. The apartment that I seen is nice for a 1bedroom they do allow pets which is nice because not many places accepts pets anymore, there is an extra deposit you have to put down but that's normal. It's also nice that everything is included in your rent but your phone and cable.
