Toni and Lindsay have been a breath of fresh air for our association. Im on the board and we worked with two other management companies prior to CID.
Toni moves fast and doesn’t mess around, she ensures the association gets the best work at the best price from vendors. She loves a challenge will tackle the issues ensuring a transparent approach. She tells it like it is in the spirit of staying focused on what’s best for the association.
Lindsay is right there with Toni. She’s proactive, organized, friendly and understanding. I’ll ask a question and she answers beyond what’s being asked to deliver full, thoughtful service.
I have only had really great experiences with CID and they are already finding ways to save us hundreds per month in operating expense.

This place could literally be managed by earthworms and be more successful. Toni and Linsey are beyond disrespectful and rude. They are not equipped to manage anything let alone someone's property. Not sure how the stumbled into this business because they have no idea what they are doing.

To add insult to injury Toni called me regarding this review many months later. In attempt to influence or coerce me into altering my review. It is my right as a resident and a consumer to share my honest experiences. The harassment from this company is getting out of control.

Very unprofessional- very very rude staff- The worst Associations I have ever dealt with, they are quick to send things to collection, yet they have a lot of policy procedure not to take care of your property. As a real estate investor do not recommend this company to anybody. This is a company did you start working with them? They are so bad that you end up selling your property and your lifetime InVestment because of them be aware be aware. Do you not work with them? Do not give them your hard work money earned asset in their hand they are terrible and I will seek professional legal assistant to deal with them.

Toni, Lindsay, Nicole and the staff at CID work hard for their customers. They consistently show up to the property for monthly site tours (which a lot of PM’s do not) and take a genuine interest in assisting with various issues throughout the community. Things aren’t always perfect but it’s the effort that counts for me.

I am an owner and resident in one of the properties they manage. I've been erroneously charged twice for damages I did not cause and I just got a violation letter for window coverings. The letter says I need to have white window coverings and I have white curtains on my windows. I sent them photos. So far everything has been resolved to my satisfaction and they removed the charges from my account but the fact that I've had all these problems with management in just two years of living there is concerning and raises red flags of either fraud or incompetence for me.

I suppose what Ed says is generally true, they just follow the orders of what the condo board tells them to do but HOA management companies may also issue minor violation letters, which is what I got, and they are also responsible for the accounting.

As a former president of our HOA, I can attest to the expertise, dedication, and professionalism that Toni's organization brings to the process. We had another organization assisting us prior to this one, and when we switched several years ago to CID, we fixed a lot of long standing issues and got hooked up with a much more proactive landscaping firm. Kudos to Toni and her team.

If you see negative reviews, know that it is probably more from residents who don't like the policies that THEIR HOA BOARD has decided to enforce in them, using CID as the messenger. CID is just doing what they're being instructed to do by the client. Often that's not popular.
