I am very happy at Cider Mill, having been here over a year. But I must explicitly commend Kendall Ellington, the on site Superintendent, for his service above and beyond the call of duty. We had some issues that needed repair upon moving in and Kendall was here to make sure that everything was addressed in a timely manner. Kendall is always here when you need him and he has always responded immediately when something has needed attention. He is skilled at fixing/repairing everything in the apartment and does so reliably, efficiently, and with a consistently up beat attitude and likable personality. It's like a having a "friend", someone you can rely on at any time. His work ethic is incredible. I can't say enough positive things about him or this review would go on too long. The site would not be the same without him.

We have been at Cider Mill for 3 years….. moved in to brand new construction. While we have had some issues with noise from upstairs neighbors, since day 1, we have found that KENDALL ELLINGTON (property superintendent) has been responsive, reliable, trustworthy and timely. Never a compliant, always courteous and upbeat, Kendall is absolutely a highlight of the community!

I love being at Cider Mill. However what makes this place so enjoyable is the dependability of Kendall Ellington who is the property superintendent. Every time there was something wrong I was able to call him and at a moments notice and he was there to help. No matter how big or how small the job Kendall was always there to help. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication Kendall gives to the tenants at Cider Mill. He has really made my time here enjoyable.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of visiting this community, and we were absolutely impressed. We normally don’t write reviews but because of the great experience we had we had to! The townhouses are not only beautifully designed but also exceptionally spacious and seemed of great quality. Karla went above and beyond in assisting us and answering our questions. Karla was professional, very knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. She made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable with the information she provided.

My family and I just moved here from the city in November while we search for a home in the area. We honestly could not be happier. We came from a full service doorman building in NYC and expected that we would be "on our own" here in New Jersey. Whenever we need assistance we email Jeri from the office and Kendall, the on-site super. Jeri is really responsive and helpful! Kendall could not be more amazing- he is the friendliest and most knowledgeable super I have ever met! He is always available to help- anytime of the day and constantly makes sure our needs are taken care of. For these reasons we recommend Cider Mill 🙂

I wanted to take a moment and give some words of commendation about my experience at Cider Mill.

Jeri has been a great help to us. Her assistance went well beyond showing us the apartment and being with us through the move in process. She has continued to be a “go to” person for information, being ever so responsive and helpful throughout. All of the onsite staff has been extremely helpful, friendly, and personable. All of this has made us feel quite welcome to our new community. The quality of service was really brought to the forefront during the recent very large snowstorm we encountered. I have friends in other complexes with nightmare stories of snow removal. I felt bad telling them how great the snow removal was at Cider Mill. It wasn’t just fast, but extremely thorough. Even the workers were very friendly and helpful.
Friends and family have been quite impressed with the modern look and spacious accommodations All of this has led to a very happy experience, and a big Thank You!

Beautifully constructed townhome rentals, located right off of Old Short Hills Road. A short distance from great local restaurants and shops, close to NYC transportation and major highways. Great shopping nearby at the Short Hills Mall!
