Cindy acted as buying agent for my wife and myself recently as we were seeking our retirement home in the San Jose area. We mapped out our wants and needs, and zeroed in on The Villages retirement community as a possible choice. Then the property search within began, with Cindy's excellent and professional assistance.

Cindy a great listener and quickly honed in on our key wants and needs and found properties worth the time to consider vs those to just bypass. She answered any questions we had, and if she did not immediately know an answer she quickly went to the right source and brought back accurate answers in a timely manner. Cindy worked smoothly with fellow realtors who were the selling agents to insure we had timely access to viewing, disclosures in depth to review before making a bid, fast relay of answers to questions or concerns, and most of all made the the process seamless and efficient for us as buyers.

Cindy's skills, dedication, and assistance helped us evolve from.. "gee I wonder if The Villages is right for us in retirement" to "can we even find a home we like", to finding a home meeting our requirements for our retirement in just a matter of weeks! We went from "unsure" to a closing on our new home for retirement in 33 days and Cindy was a big part of our success here ... which is just amazing. "A New Home” sound exciting however it is a long, complex, and tiring process. House hunting itself can become a first and long-lasting phase. Thanks to a smart and experienced Agent who is local and well-versed in the nuances of this exciting but exhausting task and she guided us every step of the way. Cindy Selleos made her mark right at the first meeting and we knew that she is a strong and influential negotiator. After I shortlisted the properties she would point out things that we might not have factored in and we finally visited the properties patiently each day. Once we found my dream home we lost our sleep pulling the financial strings together and brainstorming several options. That's when Audrey Hutton (Loan Officer) came up with a fantastic, rare but safe option and we made the offer. Viola, within a week we were in contract for our DREAM HOME. The dynamic duo did work hard to think through so many options for making this happen. Audrey and her team are thorough and prompt.
By the time we moved to our new home and started updates on our old home the schools had reopened, and the interest rates were shooting up every week. When I requested an agent through Zillow I didn't really know what to expect, but being introduced to Cindy was probably the best thing that happened. As first time buyers, we've been losing bids left and right trying to navigate the extremely competitive Bay Area housing market without a dedicated agent, but Cindy turned that around in one day (literally 24 hours) when my husband and I decided to request for a house tour.

Cindy got in touch with me within 10 mins of making the Zillow request, and she was super on the ball and quick to understand our needs and budget. I was trying to call the listing agent on my own earlier but I could not even get a hold of him. Cindy worked her magic and got all the documents we needed and we reviewed them together over text & zoom within that afternoon and even through the evening. Cindy is super friendly and down-to-earth, and she demonstrated her extensive knowledge and skills throughout the whole process of navigating the contract, walking us through the house, and closing the deal asap before we got more competitors. I couldn't have asked for a better go-getter!
