I fw this theater heavy. Coming in I was taken back with how organized and clean it was. Even though we didn't get tickets online, the workers were really quick and informative. Special mention with the concession stand, the guy there was upfront with the menu to us and was more than happy to help. 10/10.

Cinemark is a fantastic place to catch a movie! The lounge chairs are incredibly comfortable and provide the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the show.
Despite its small size, the theater is free of distractions and provides an immersive movie-going experience. Highly recommend checking it out!

The is always my first pick for going to see a movie!! They have reclining seats, great tasting popcorn, more varieties of food to order, and a nice set up. They even have a bar (with over priced drinks) if that's your thing. Oh, and the sound quality is fantastic!!!

Went to the advance screening of Best Christmas Pageant Ever, and while the movie was delightful, the rest of the experience was anything but. Children ran freely in the venue with no intervention from their parents. I saw other patrons go to complain but nothing was done. Management at this theater is piss-poor, which is sad, given how nice the young staff were. The state of moviegoing is decreases, as the Northgate location closes this weekend, which leaves this amateurism the remaining Cinemark in Marin County. I was instructed to contact the GM, who in turn told me that because I neglected to complain myself that my negative experience was my fault. She had a very haughty, unprofessional attitude, a stark contrast to the company's alleged guest services campaign.

Wow where do I even start at this! First off let me say the cleanliness of the establishment is top notch. The bathrooms, the main area, the theaters itself, all of it are spotless, cleanly, perfect! All of this alone is great without even talking about the reclining seats, they are soo comfortable! It’s nice to be able to go and watch a masterpiece how it was meant to be seen, at a beautiful theater with a big screen and a booming sound system. The concessions are also just amazing! The popcorn fresh, the hot dogs and pizza nice and hot, the candy sweet and yummy! And the best part of this all are the people working there. The customer service is absolutely amazing, everyone is so friendly and attentive. One person I have to shout out however is a young man named Tommy. At first glance, my path to entering the movie seemed like one that would have many road blocks due to the lack of staff at the time. However my lord and savior Tommy was able to first serve me the freshest of popcorn. Next, like the wind he moved over to the cash register to check me out. Finally when I thought he couldn’t do any more for me, he checked my tickets and politely pointed out where my theater was. Never have I experienced a more attentive and caring minimum wage worker, I wonder if he is ok? Anyways it was a wonderful experience, one that I will never forget and now my soul is bound to this theater! If I weren’t to leave a five star review, I would be doing a disservice to the society and people living in Marin. In short time I may feel pushed to go out and parade the streets to let as many people know about this theater and the wonder people and environment. Need I say anymore? Go out, watch a movie at this theater, and have your life changed!

I love this theater. The chairs are BEYOND high quality, it’s always kept sanitary, the snacks are great (overpriced like any other theater, but that’s okay) and the movies play with great quality and audio.
