Círimele is been around for a while just recently moved to a new location in Georgia Street downtown Vallejo. They have limited rental listings however they have good rental deals my parents rented from them a couple houses and Cho the maintenance manager is very nice, the only draw back is the office people before we’re not very professional in fact according to my parents comments did not care. I’m sure the new staff is better now I guess will see, Best regards.

I've had my properties managed by Cirimele Property Management for over 10 years and have always been treated with respect and smiles!
I have been there when prospective and established tenants have come in and all I can say to the negative reviewers is this: Like attracts like. Treat people as you wish to be treated and you'll get the service you deserve!

I appreciate their management of properties. I tried one other agency before using Cirimele and was disappointed with the high prices to do repairs etc. But Cirimele seems to seek fair pricing all around.
I've been told that landlording is a passive income... hah! When renting out properties on my own...it was a lot of work and worry. Cirimele changed all that with my Vallejo properties and made my rental truly a passive endeavor. They took the work and worry out of it!

Please > be Aware about this people,, their ,rude and unprofessional.
i rent a house at year ago , and their are really pain in back,, they don`t want to fix anything and they are very unethical whit the money rent ..
And Because i ask to fix some problems whit the property house
( sewer drain ) they send me at 30 days notice of move out .
So we move ,and after all accountability money that they have from me ,all my deposit and pet deposit were take whit out any explanation .
they never send me my deposit or any rent statement justifying the money that they took from me.. beside that. they send me to collection whit out any Notice of why i was owing money to then ..
so Now i carry that collection on my Credit Report 🙁
Please Dont rent from this Realtor....and everyone Its right about this Lady Michelle.. the worst person ever met ...

The Administrative Assistant, Michelle was very rude and unprofessional. When I stepped into Cirimele office she never greeted me she looked at me as though I didn't belong there, right then I felt very uncomfortable. I will never inquire about any properties at Cirimele again.

My wife and I rented through them Jan. 27 and have already moved out of the rented house. The house was covered in mold and water damage throughout, and they refused to repair the heat when we asked about it. Turns out the building they rented wasn't even up to code nor did they have ANY permits to rent it out according to Solano County. When brought up, Michelle was increasingly rude and condescending. It's as though she can't competently do her job without being unprofessional or rude, she even called the cops when I calmly sat down to wait for Mike to return. This business is a joke and has nothing for you other than problems. Like the Great Michelle said they "have lives and families to worry about", they aren't concerned with their tenants. All this would've been avoided had they simply inspected the house before renting it. Stay far far away.

Rented a house from Cirimele for 8 years and have nothing but good things to say about the mgmt, the team, and attention given if/when repairs were needed.
Friendly and professional, I would rent from them again.
