Rene from the Maintenance Service team worked on the work order request for a drain clog and closet issue. He was very professional, thorough, and efficient throughout the process. He explained what needed to be done and ensured everything was resolved properly before leaving.

I’ve always found the City Centre maintenance team to be highly reliable and attentive. They respond quickly to requests and consistently provide excellent service. It’s reassuring to know that any issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner, which makes managing these concerns much easier.

I put in a few maintenance ticket's. I wanna say about 20 minutes later, I had the pleasure of Rene from the maintenance team call asking if it would be okay to come in. He was very polite went above and beyond. He also explained that he had to have a part approved and or ordered . Within a few days He was back to fix it thank you so much for the great service.

Best apartment complex to rent. Safest community at downtown Hayward. Best service and amenities provided. Lease is too costly. Ample parking space. As its name says, 'City centre' everything is on the walkable distance. Bart station is adjacent to the compound of city centre.

I lived here for one year. Maintenance staff is great, they take care of any issues asap and are extreme friendly. Place is a little too dirty for the price you pay. If you get an apartment with a view (the pool) prepare to hear kids scream all summer and Loud music. They raised my rent 10% lol, literally $212. They don’t try and keep their residents. They could care less. I also obviously only lived here for a year so I left the place exactly the same. They only returned 95$ from my $600 deposit. Apparently in the lease it says REGARDLESS of how clean you leave the carpet, they will charge you $125 to clean it after you leave. And $220 fee to clean the apartment even after I spent 2 days cleaning it.

The management here sucks. Obviously.

I attempted to do an apt tour. I for some reason ended up at the wrong location that was provided to me online, that was 5 minutes away. I called the leasing office and they said it was okay. They sent the correct location. I went to the apartment and made it to the unit. However when I got there, I had to call for the code. They did not answer my multiple calls. I was left waiting there for over 20 min. Even though I had called 5 minutes prior to getting there. A waste a time and will not be looking to get a place here.

I met Renato when we moved in and he introduced himself as the maintenance supervisor. He has great customer service and is very helpful. He is awesome!
