Flew to NYC from Cincinnati to view a vehicle City World Ford had in stock!

I can hands down say I will search this dealerships inventory next time I need another vehicle before I search anywhere else! Incredible customer service, super nice staff, and an all around great experience!

I didn't buy my car here, but I have used their service center. If you want a trusted place to buy or service your car, pick somewhere else. If you do buy a car here, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEIR SERVICE CENTER!! Go somewhere else, it's not worth your stress or money. 0/5 stars.

Beware:
They installed a new transmission in my explorer in June 2024 but didn't bolt it in all the way (it's missing multiple bolts), so it has been shaking and grinding for months unbeknownst to me. Now it's burnt up and I need another new transmission in less than a year and less than 20,000 miles. We moved out of state a few months ago so l had to have it towed to the nearest ford service center in my new state. When they lifted my car up, they seen the transmission about to fall out. The new mechanic sent me a video and you can see it loose and moving around.
Ford customer service said my transmission is not covered under Ford's warranty because it was a mechanic error(workmanship) and not a manufacture error.

City World ford is dodging my calls. I've called the service manager, Alex multiple times over the past week. I also called the general manager, Anthony, who is supposed to oversee sales and service on Friday (2/28/25), yesterday (3/3/25) and today (3/4/35) he has also not gotten back to me. I spoke with Claudia in the sales department, and she said the general manager can't really help me (I don't see why) and I needed to speak with Alex, the service manager.
We are currently paying out of pocket for a rental because Ford is not getting back to me and the new service center my car is sitting at has no loaner vehicles. So far, this terrible service has cost me $700 in towing and rental car, not to mention the $7k it cost for a new transmission back in June.

I recently inquired about a vehicle and I spoke to a few different people from this dealership. I was interested in trading my vehicle in for one they had on the lot, however I wanted to make sure it was well worth my time since I am over two hours away. I was supposed to hear back, but never did. Very unfortunate that they lost out on a sale. I took my business elsewhere and I am happy I did not waste my time going to the dealership since they have proven to be unreliable and not great at communicating.

Excellent experience! Ask for Brandon C. (salesperson) he is honest and not at all pushy. He is very well informed and friendly. As a woman seeking a car purchase on my own Brandon C. made me feel comfortable and not at all like most car salesman who try to take advantage of women. Brandon is an upstanding guy and a true gentleman. I am happy with my purchase and recommend you ask for him if you want a no hassle honest car deal. Sherette (the manager on duty) was also an awesome asset. She was an excellent support. Overall, the entire staff at City World Ford was great. Everyone was down to earth and awesome to do business with.

This place is horrible! I bought a car here only to have a transmission problem the same month I explained what was going on they took it and gave it back after a few days with the problem still happening the transmission was slipping long story short 2 years later now they have to change the transmission and it will take close to two weeks to fix the issue I have been in two arguments with Miguel the service manager because he does not know how to talk to people and chooses to call you and tell you that you have no right to call Ford and make a complaint because he is taking care of the problem but meanwhile has lied to me twice already but wants me to believe he is doing what needs to be done with my vehicle. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any dealer and will never go back to ford for another vehicle even if they where giving them away for free. Rating this place a big fat zero all thanks to you service manager Miguel I wish I could give them negative stars because 1 star is not low enough. Bad bad bad place to go.

Brandon Casanova is a cool dude. He have great customer experience. He's nice and knows how to build relationships with his customers. He gave me all options available. He made sure I am comfortable with my new car. He gave me permission to contact him if I had any questions about the car. The manager Claudia is great too. She made sure I was satisfied and tended to. They made sure I was never thirsty offering me something to drink. Great experience at City World Ford

I originally wrote a positive review about City World Ford and I regret doing so.
From the moment I drove off the lot with the 2nd vehicle purchased from City World Ford I’ve been treated like trash.
I tried to speak with the general manager several times and he will not contact me.
I wish that someone from Ford Motors or City World Ford’s owner would reach out to me and I could let them know about my displeasure and disappointment of the treatment i received from City World Ford

It’s truly unfortunate that City World Ford treats their costumers the way I was treated.

Anthony (general manager) still hasn’t reached out to me.
It’s truly sad that after purchasing 2 vehicles from this dealership, they treat a repeat consumer this way.
If you want to leave somewhere feeling dirty and need of a shower, by all means shop at City World Ford. I’ll be updating my review in the future.
