I rented a rancher in Lakeside from Cityscape for a little over a year. I had a great experience with Lisa and her team. Maintenance requests were easy to submit through their online portal. Rent payments can be made online and setup for auto pay. Lisa was fast to respond to all issues and correspondence.

For example, the AC unit broke during the hottest week of the summer and Lisa responded on a Saturday within 4 hours of me submitting the maintenance request. She provided window units to cool the house with while the AC was out. Couldn't have asked for a better response.
