The apartment was spotless. My landlord has gone above and beyond to make sure the apartment was move in ready. From the little touches like the chandelier in the dinning room to the light fixtures in all the other rooms shows he pays attention to detail. It’s key only entry so I feel safe in the apartment complex. The move in process was quick as the high ceilings in the hallways made it easy to move in the bigger furniture. Overall my experience has been a 10/10 with CKRE Management Services.

Just wanted to take the time to say thank you to CKRE Management Services. I just recently moved in to the apartments on Spring Street about a month ago, I couldn’t be happier. Elijah was a great realtor, I was approved for my apartment within a few weeks. They keep the facility clean, all of the neighbors are very respectful and nice. I love the off street parking, it makes you feel safe. Again, I would like to say thank you and anyone thinking about moving in to any of their properties. I would right away they don’t last too long.

I'm a new tenant at this property and so far my experience has been great! A few things that stood out to me is the secured entry and laundry in the basement for convince.The building is quiet and the neighbors I've met, have all been nice and welcoming. I also like having a property manager that's easy to reach and cares about the upkeep of the property.

Ever since we got these new owners for our property, it's been nothing but delightful! The previous owners were not great, and left the place to be slowly run to the ground, but with Elijah now running the place, it's made the place look and feel SO much better! He is super kind and quick to respond to any renter troubles, and I've only ever had good experiences with him! In the past all of us BEGGED the previous owners to install cameras around the property because of vandalism and other safety concerns, and Elijah just got them right in asap with no runaround. And thats not all thats been done either! They fixed the driveway, fixed up the parking lot, installed new lights, fixed up and soundproofed the hallways, etc etc. Absolutely fantastic team and they're really turning around this property!

I love my apartment very spacious and newly renovated ! The tenants are very nice and the apartment building its self stays clean the landlord and property managers do a good job at keeping it together ! I definitely would recommend this apt anytime

I’m a first time renter and was extremely nervous hearing all the tales of landlords being not so good to their tenants, however that has not been the case here. Any time there has been an issue with anything at all from the time I moved in Elijah has been on it immediately and every time the issue is resolved.
