Mrs. Jolynn Leavell and Mrs. Jennifer Pascal were great property managers. When I had a service order it was responded to quickly. Email is the quickest method to get a response, but I did not encounter any serious issues. The property was newer and in a great neighborhood.

answering machine always says no one’s there to pick up your call. You leave a message. No one ever calls you back. It’s ridiculous. What did they do all day? Just take lunch.

I just had a very unpleasant conversation with Jay Clagett who was not only discourteous but had me on speaker phone and speaking so loudly I had to hold the phone away from my ear. He was bent on defending himself and would not allow me to speak. Instead he accused me of interrupting him even though he was repeating his position for the second time. No one in management should speak as rudely as he did.
