Ray is awesome! In 2018 he helped me purchase my first home, and I could not be happier with everything he did for me. Some things that stuck out while going through the entire home buying process:

1) Ray is very communicative and makes himself available to fit your schedule. Anytime I had a question or an idea, I received a response almost immediately

2) He is SO knowledgeable! About the area, about real estate, about loans, about home improvements... I was pretty young/naive and this was my first home purchase, so Ray's opinion was critical for me on multiple steps through out the home buying process, and I knew I could trust him.

3) He was very hands on and communicative with the sellers agent, my loan officer, and the escrow officer which made for a very smooth process.

4) Ray doesn't just quit once the offer is accepted or even when escrow closes. A couple little things that needed to be fixed came up in my townhouse during escrow, and even one after we closed, and one quick call to Ray and everything was handled.

I wish I could give Ray 10 stars! If you're looking for a knowledgeable, fun, hard working, communicative real estate agent and overall nice guy, you've found him 🙂

UPDATE to add: A few years after Ray helped me get into my very first condo, I ended up getting married and moving to the outskirts of the greater Bay Area with my husband. It was a no brainer to call upon Ray once again. And no surprise, he was just amazing on the selling side as he was on the buying side.

Ray was recommended to me by my really good friend, who Ray helped him to buy a house. I met over a lunch and his positive attitude convinced me to work with him. This was my first time buying a house so he was patient with me, explained everything and walked me through each step of home buying process. I ended up buying a house under asking price with a free solar lease 🙂 The best thing I like about Ray is that he doesn't rush you to buy anything. He is honest (hard to find honest people these days). He also gave me some advises which other agents might not give their clients.

My experience with Ray has been stellar. Finding the right home is not easy and it's always great to have someone you can trust along the way. Ray is not your usual realtor and with him you'll always get the premium "boutique" treatment!
This is what Ray told us when we started partnering: "My goal is to get you into a property for the best price possible, but with the ability to back out should we anticipate any concerns" and we experienced that every single step of the way.
Once we made an offer on a house which got accepted, it was well under the asking price (so kudos to Ray for negotiating hard for us). We made the usual inspection and the project actually needed a new retention wall for $100k which cooled us off tremendously. We never felt pressure to proceed with the offer and backed out at the last minute. Ray was very helpful in the process and removed all the stress. He continued to look for the perfect house which we ultimately found later that year. There were a few buyers and Ray navigated the negotiation to perfection to get us across the finish line. We are now in our new house and super happy. We highly recommend Ray, you will not be disappointed!

Raymond is an amazing, hard-working, experienced realtor with great connections and excellent knowledge of the local market. From our first meeting, it was clear that he was someone that we could trust in helping sell our home in Cupertino.

The rapport that he built with the buyer's agent made this is a smooth and transparent conversation. He delivered with a problem-free closing as well helping us move out.

We were lucky enough to meet Ray after some friends recommended him to us. Ray helped me to buy a single family home earlier this year in the Sunnyvale area.

From the start, he was easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. Even after providing me with a full schedule of houses to visit on a particular day, he was always willing to accommodate the additional houses that I had found, as well.

As soon as we started touring houses, it was clear that he was drawing from a deep depth of knowledge that comes from his extensive experience in the real estate field. He has a keen eye for detail and was able to point out things that I didn't even notice and could explain aspects to consider with respect to near term enjoyment of the house as well as consideration for future resale. He was also able to provide ballpark estimates for what a particular renovation or improvement might cost, which helped give me a rough idea of how big of an issue it was for a house to have something I didn't like or for the house to be missing something I wanted.

Once I found a house that I wanted, he included me in the process by teaching me what to look for in disclosure packets to allow me to better evaluate the house being considered. I also really appreciated his data-driven analytical approach for determining house values. It made it much easier to understand why a given house might be listed for a particular amount and why I would need to make an offer of a particular amount in order to buy it.

Even in a super competitive market that saw us put in offers on four different homes (and lose out on three of them), which led to touring many, many houses over the course of months, Ray maintained a positive attitude throughout.

As a nice surprise bonus, Ray continues to be an invaluable resource even after the closing. He has an extensive network of professionals to refer me to. So, when I'm looking to make changes to my house, he has a professional that he is familiar with that he can refer me to.

Overall, it was fantastic working with Ray. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
