the worst ever property management
nobody responds to any of our complaints
angie her husband jimmy at this point they are a scam we lived at 5050 36 st sacramento ca
for 1 year reant always on time dropped iff to their po box
no complaints on us from anybody or anything
they recently sent us a 60 day notice because we called code enforcement on them because they had us living with broken windows with no screens on any if the windos water leaking inside the house rats in our house and in the yard making holes all through it . termites in the garage that they didn't care at all also our fence was down and for 8 months out if the year we lived their always complained and called code enforcement complained so many times and they are so cheap they find a cheap company or self employed person to come and do the work in the house wich is always horrible work THIS JUST THE BEGINNING ITS SO MUCH MORE AND PROOF IM GOING TO POST ! I

This company is horrible don't ever rent from them. They never fixed anything they don't care about anything but getting money from ppl. There was mold in the house it was a rodent problem the power would go out on one side of the house if we plugged something in had to go flip the switch outside many of times. We couldn't use are dryer the water heater would get wet every time someone took a shower. Never had AC they would send out cheap compines to fix things and things still wouldn't be fixes outside the house pieces of the wall were braking off it was way to much to the point we stop calling because we knew for sure they would never fix anything. The only good person they have working for them is the Maintenance man I'm not going to say his name but he know who he is. He's a wonderful person and didnt mind coming out when we needed him I just hope he finds better ppl to work for.

If it were not for CLC, my family literally would not have a home right now. We had a very limited time to find a place to live and poor credit to boot, so finding someone to give us a chance was near impossible. After explaining our situation to Angie, she advised that they couldn't approve us for the house we wanted, but she was still willing to work with us and find a place that would work for our family. They don't treat you like a number, like every other property management company I've worked with, they treat you like an actual person, and it feels like they genuinely care and want to help. They have been incredible and I would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to rent!

CLC have proved to us over the last four years that they are superior managers. Recently, we decided to sell our property. Thanks to the outstanding screening of the tenants by CLC, our property was still in tip top shape and was ready to put on the market immediately. After placing the property on the market, there were several offers and things were moving very fast. Not only did we have one day to get the place cleaned after the tenants moved out, but we had to remove the refrigerator, washer and dryer that we had supplied to the tenants. Angie at CLC had her people remove the appliances from the upstairs town home, and had the property cleaned all in one day. We as owners, did not have to lift a finger. It took a tremendous amount of pressure off us during the stressful time of being in escrow. Thanks to Angie and her crew, we were able to sell our property and close escrow very quickly.

I love this company. The rental process was easy yet complete. They were friendly and repaired things in a timely manner. They know the laws of both tenant and landlord. The monthly drove by the property to make sure we kept it up to standards. They always reply promptly to any concerns.

I have two investment properties that CLC have managed for me since 2006. Very good at keeping my units rented, and handling any issues with tenants that arise regarding repairs, etcetera. Jimmy is very helpful and communicates well with me regarding my units!
Good company that I recommend to anyone looking for professional property management needs.
