I would avoid living here. No one is helpful at all. They are all unprofessional and don’t communicate at all with you. Management is even worse. They raise the rent even if you renew your lease. The management is terrible. If you are a student i would avoid living here. Furthermore, I’ve asked maintenance and management. To come look at these holes in my walls since I moved in LAST YEAR and no one has come to even look at them.

This place is entirely unethical and they do not care about their residents at all. When I moved in 2 years ago, my walls, floors, and ceiling fans were coated in dust and dirt. There was food and dead bugs in my windowsill and hair in the wheels of my closet doors. When I expressed that this needed to be cleaned, a cleaning crew showed up to remove the food from the windowsill and promptly left. I spent days cleaning and putting in maintenance requests. I also handed in a detailed report of damages to the front office. In my time in the apartment, almost every single appliance broke down at some point. Our heat broke this past November, and it was not fixed until January. My roommate and I had filed several complaints and were only provided space heaters that would short circuit the electricity. We reached out to Sarah Zaferis, who told us that she could do nothing about the issue. It was unbearably cold. I could go on and on about the troubles that had occurred this past winter. When I moved out, the hot tub hadn’t worked for nearly a year. Management told residents to stop asking about it. I had spent days cleaning once again for move out. I was charged $175 to re-paint my room when I am certain that I left it in better shape than what I had received it in. I am extremely disappointed with how this place treats its residents. The front office staff are pleasant, but often need to defer to higher management for any real issues. They buy reviews with giveaways (just check their social medias) to offset bad reviews and to hide the fact that this place is truly unethical and incredibly disappointing in how it preys on unsuspecting college students.

Definitely was a bumpy start at first, but after communicating with different managers most concerns or maintenance issues I had within my apartment were resolved. You can’t beat the distance to campus. Less than a 10 minute walk to the bus stops located near the Skydome. The proximity to campus is probably one of the best features of this complex.

Clear Creek has been amazing in my 3 years of living here. Management has always tended to my needs (Sarah in particular) and any work order I've put in has been completed either that same day or within 24 hours. The front office staff is super friendly and helpful they will always point you in the right direction. I highly recommend Clear Creek to any students looking to live here.

UPDATE Tried to call the number given below in the review reply and was told that contact has to be through email. They are now charging my daughter twice for utilities and NO ONE will help take care of the issue!

BEWARE My daughter lived here for a year. Her roommate had her boyfriend living with them. My daughter tried to address the issue and the roommate did nothing. My daughter tried to get help from the office and they told her they couldn’t do anything. I contacted the Cardinal Group management company and still no help. We even asked for a new roommate at the start of the new school year and they said that unless she files a police report they would do nothing. Their phones are always down and when they aren’t down they DO NOT answer them. They do not return messages left. They gave the wrong move out date to the utilities place and told me it was our problem (still trying to get this fixed). They don’t ever get to a service request (6 months and still no fix) and I have been fighting corporate for fees they claim should agave been applied over a month ago but didn’t get applied until AFTER SHE MOVED OUT so that they could keep half her deposit she should have gotten back. These are only half the issues. Be careful with the towing. They do not communicate this well. A flyer on the door that your roommate doesn’t share with you is not how you communicate. So BEWARE!

I was lucky to have a really great unit with little to no issues, but that's about it. Management and maintenance do not care about any problems you bring to them. Don't expect work orders to be completed for at least a month. There are many, many issues with this place that are just being swept under the rug by management. It is a beautiful property with nice units, but the way these apartments are managed I can't imagine it will stay that way for much longer.

Do not live here. They only have good ratings because they do raffles for free stuff for residents who leave good reviews only. Leasing staff will pawn off any problems they can onto the next and it will never get resolved. I’ve lived in some poorly managed college apartment complexes over the years but this one takes the cake. Staff members are nice, but the whole system is flawed and unorganized. I’ve had maintenance requests pending for 3 months. Wifi is trash and they say there is nothing they can do to help, it’s always someone else’s problem. Almost every time I interact with management they are unable to help me for some reason or the other. Save your money.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! i seriously can’t stress that enough. There was never anything but issues with this place. First off the staff is an absolute joke. I would call the office multiple times until someone finally answered and rarely did anyone ever answer. I was on the 3rd floor and the water pressure wasn’t even strong enough for the water to let out more than a drop at a time. I called and explained this was very inconvenient considering I had no way to shower/ wash dishes etc. They literally told me that sometimes water can’t make it up to the 3rd floor and didn’t do anything to help. The apartment was absolutely disgusting and filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned before. The apartment didn’t even come with a wifi router like it was supposed to and they made me contact the wifi place they use and get a router myself!!!!!!!!!!! the wifi was ridiculously over priced and literally did nothing i would have been better off just having no service on my phone. The parking is insanity and your car very well could be hit at any given moment. I was supposed to get my security deposit back when i moved out and didn’t get it until about 10 months after begging and calling for it constantly. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT LIVE HERE ITS A NIGHTMARE and scam and the staff is a bunch of college kids who could not care less about you or your living experience here.
