At the end of June, I had a tenant move out of my ADU. That's when I discovered that his very small dog had done some very large damage. Even though he had a private yard for the dog he apparently never allowed the dog outside - consequently the floors were destroyed. Knowing I was going to have to replace them I reached out to Justin Bonney for his advice on the new flooring.

Justin was a wealth of information - so much so that he offered to help me with the resources I needed and, more importantly, didn't know I needed! He managed the project expertly and financially efficiently which evolved as the extent of the damage was revealed. In the end we had to rip out the old floors, power-wash the concrete (twice), lay new flooring and baseboards, repaint the entire unit and repair a cracked bathtub (can't blame the dog for that!) With Justin's help everything was done quickly, and my ADU was only off the market for two months.

I would heartily recommend Justin as a project manager. Not only did he know what needed to be done, he knew who to call. I was able to relax knowing my ADU was being restored and looking better than ever.
