Leslie has been an amazing realtor to work with. We purchased 200 acres from her and then a river house that we intend to live in. Not only was she all over the transactions making sure that everything was understood, paperwork completed, negotiations handled, loan coordinated and communications with all parties fluid....she went waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay beyond the call of duty helping us out on a personal level. Our land purchase required contact with all types of groups (septic, well, wetland expert, contractor, etc.) and Leslie was the referral source. Everyone she gave us was very professional and competent. Additionally, she was all over the sellers making sure that debris at the property was cleaned up (everything from old refrigerators to cars needed to be removed from this beautiful piece of land).

Our second purchase on the river was not occupied or maintained during our 60 day escrow, leaving dead plants, long brush and debris all over the property. Leslie made sure the 2 acres were cleared/trimmed, the shop washed out, the boat dock repaired and the house move in ready. She also coordinated and met with inspectors, appraisers and anyone else who needed to be given access. She's even helping us with packages being delivered because we are currently out of state. "No" is just not in her vocabulary.

This gal is a jack of all trades when it comes to real estate transactions. Tremendously knowledgeable and proficient in addition to being extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend her to others. 5 star all the way.
