My name is Rebekah, and I have the privilege of being one of the Apartment Life Coordinators here at Clifton on 7th. Each month, we host two community events, which are truly the highlight of our community. These gatherings bring neighbors together from all parts of our neighborhood to enjoy good food, crafts, fun games, great music, and, most importantly, meaningful connections that can last a lifetime.

The residents here are incredibly friendly, and their furry companions add so much joy to our neighborhood. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff—they go above and beyond to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Whether it’s the office team working tirelessly to ensure everyone feels at home and resolving any issues / needs or the maintenance crew tackling a full schedule from morning to evening, their dedication shines through in everything they do.

Clifton on 7th has been a wonderful place to call home for so many, and I’m proud to be part of this vibrant and caring community!

the apartments are beautiful but there is so much wrong with them. maintenance requests don’t get completed. jordan and alicia in the leasing office are rude and not helpful whatsoever. whenever my roommate came in to drop off the sheet to let them know what was wrong with the apartment, he was greeted with “what now?” by alicia. our mailbox has been broken for three weeks and they refused to help us to the point where we had to put our mail on hold at the post office. we just got it fixed today because we luckily came in while maintenance was there. if you plan on moving in here be prepared to deal with a completely unhelpful leasing office.

Ok...wow! If I could leave a 0 I would. I was a PERSPECTIVE Tennant, first off I have called 3 days in row through out the day and left two voice mails and recieved eved not one response. Your BIGGEST issue is your office staff member Alicia is TERRIBLE! I came in a month ago looking at the apartments which one question I had is can I have Century Link and Alicia said yes I could, she was very blah and seemed uninterested in helping the first time but I brushed that off. Fast forward to today, when I mentioned that I had tried calling numerous times and emailed and got no response she with a uncaring attitude "oh im sorry, I was on vacation for the last week". When getting into details about fees I brought up the internet again and she said it was just cox and said she never told me I could have century link, at that point I was good because I dont want cox. My mother nicely said were good then and we were leaving, Alicia then said "good leave, get out", I was BLOWN away! My mother said she would have a talk with her manager and she said "good, please do, go, get out". Complete attitude. We only thought it was odd that another complex owned by the same company let you use century link or Cox and this one wasn't, she also had attitude saying "well I don't make the rules" and that is where it started. I am baffled! Insulted! Not a way to treat perspective tenants! Now at Modina has amazing office staff named Marko and he was AMAZING and very nice, you should have him train Alicia in etiquette.

UPDATE
Response from Clifton is very generic and I think lacks true concern. Leave you nothing in their response to actually contact them, just says reach out to us lol. There is no resolve here, as long as Alicia works in that office I would never live there.

Alicia and the girls were very helpful and nice. I went in there looking for a 3 bedroom and they explained everything with detail and even gave me a tour of the beautiful community. I think I will be submitting my application with them. Hopefully I get to call this my future home !!!

Lived at this complex for a while now. Overall a good experience. The location is great! The community events are nice to have. One of the reasons I renewed my lease.

The amenities are nice but it seems like the rules are not always enforced. The fitness center was awesome when it first opened. Last time I went in for a workout the squat rack was missing the bar. There fast food wraps on the floor. Not great.

This review is all about Alicia, leasing agent for this complex.
I wish I could give her a negative on the rating, because a one is over rating her service.
My son and I stopped by this complex about a month or so ago. Alicia was the agent at that time as well. She wasn't very welcoming a month ago, but we just wanted to see the apartment and let that go. We thought maybe she was just having a bad day. That happens. She shouldn't bring that to work, but we let it go anyway.
Today, we went back to get more info and see the apartment again, my son was very interested.
When we arrived, the door was locked, we assumed she may be showing an apartment or taking care of personal business. She did come to the door and unlock it. She asked, while we standing outside, "can I help you"?. We had to invite ourselves in. Not a great start and not welcoming at all.
She was having trouble finding info for us. The drawer was stuck with the information in it, and finally she said forget it, I'll look on the computer.
We wanted to verify rent, and also what internet service can we use at this complex for confirmation.
The first time we talked to her she said we could use Cox or Century link. That was great news because we don't care for Cox and have a low price we pay for life with Century Link.
This time we were told Cox only. When we mentioned to her what she said the first time, she got very sarcastic and said "I never said that". I asked her why the other complex that is owned or managed by (Knightvest) was capable of both, why wasn't this complex capable of the same. Alicia immediately reacted with this response ( I don't make the rules here, with sarcasm).
I mentioned to her that if she would have returned one of mine or my son's 5 messages we left yesterday on voice-mail that would have saved us a 30 mile drive. She said we could have emailed, which we did that as well, with no response. She then said "Well, I was on vacation for a week". This was not a polite response and she had all day today to respond. I then said, I don't need your sarcastic responses. I told my son let's go. Alicia, the leasing agent then said, "GO, GET OUT, LEAVE" "GET OUT NOW".
I let her know I would contact upper mgmt regarding her unexceptable behavior. As we walked out of the door, she said "GO AHEAD, DO IT".
This agent is feeling far to comfortable in her position. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have seen in a business for many years.
To end this, we went to a complex also managed or owned by (Knightvest) right before we stopped by this complex, which was called Modena Apartments. Marcos was the leasing agent there, and he was amazing!
We stopped at Cypress apartments after leaving Clifton also managed or owned by (Knightvest) and Spoke with Iesha and Xavier and they were also Amazing!!!
This should let you know there is something not right with Alicia at Clifton.
If an agent is like that before you rent an apartment, you can only imagine how bad she would be when you live here.
This young lady needs some training with the other 3 agents at the other 2 complexes to learn how to work with the public. She is sarcastic, rude and has no desire to help you.
Alicia is a poor representation of this complex and Knightvest!

I RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THIS "GOOGLE REVIEW" TODAY. THE PROPERTY MGR WANTED ME TO REACH OUT TO GIVE FURTHER INFORMATION. THE NUMBER GIVEN IS THE COMPLEX NUMBER. THERE IS NO NAME ATTACHED TO THE "PROPERTY MGR". IT WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW A NAME TO ASK FOR.
I DO NOT HAVE ANY DESIRE TO SPEAK WITH ALICIA WHEN CALLING THIS NUMBER.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM ME, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND A TIME I CAN ACTUALLY REACH YOU, THE "PROPERTY MGR" TO SPEAK WITH.
THANK YOU.
