I can't say enough great things about Chuck Fobes and Clocktower Realty. When we were selling our home, Chuck gave us some excellent and practical advice to help us prepare the property for market. As a result our work and Chuck's aggressive advertising, our house was on the market for less than a day before we were under contract. The sale went smooth and easy and all parties left happy.

When we were house hunting, Chuck was patient with our unusual tastes (I especially love the questionnaire to determine what we wanted), and flexible with our work schedules. He provided thorough research and documentation on each and every property we viewed! So Clocktower has a property I want to view and possibly buy. I would probably pay all cash. I have left 6 messages with 5 different brokers/realtors on their team to ask for a time to view the property. In addition, I filled out their on-line form. 48 hours later and I have not received a single response.

Are they still in business? Please understand if they are not, I will probably feel bad about this post. If they are, you should probably avoid these guys. I know I will.
