We have worked with CMPM, Inc for approximately ten years overall and with Property Manager, Teri for the last several years. We struck gold with Teri! She is a pleasure to work with, is always professional, maintains our property records accurately and offers sound advice as to the rental market. During our most recent vacancy she worked with us to suggest what updates we could make and assisted in providing a list of trusted professionals to help us get the home to the rental market in a timely manner. She advertised our vacancy across numerous websites and was always available to prospective tenants for showings and had our property rented in a short amount of time. I can't say enough good things about Teri and the CM Property Management team.

I’m a renter at Whitney dr in Mountain View, our landlord Teri has been so helpful, friendly and understanding. This is my first time renting and Teri has made the whole process simple and fast she really works with you in a professional level to make you feel at home and safe. Teri and cm properties give you a place you could call home our neighbors are so welcoming and always looking out for one another.

I rented a place at mountain view, in which CM Property Management is the agent by Teri Henson. They have forcefully and falsely attributed all damaged against my deposit. This is a business with bad ethics and tenant handling, be careful!

Right at the front door I knew I found the right company to work with. Warm and inviting! Answered all my questions/concerns. Had the approval within a couple of days. Always contacts me ahead of time to let me know of anything or anyone that will be at my place to check on things.

I have rented from CM Property Management Inc. for over 15 years. In that time, whenever there has been a repair need or help, Teri Henson, Mark Katz and the team have always quickly responded. Their level of service is exceptional and professional.
I can recant horror stores regarding past property management companies I have dealt with both as a renter and an owner. It is so refreshing to deal with professionals who understand the challenges of renting and work to ensure both the needs of the property owners and renters are both met.

Never respond for repairs. It's been over a year and we have no fridge the cost of food is truly killing us. Wasted money and we can't afford a fridge. We have a deep freezer and small fridge that doesn't hold much. So many low reviews. But none filed with BBB. EVERYONE needs to file
