We was dealing with insurance company to buy the insurance for a small business right after the Covid but as soon we realize this insurance company is crooked and we cancel right away and they charge us $385 from the beginning from our credit card and we made the call several times to cancel the policy and they supposed to return our money back now 2024 this crew cat collection agency pick up the file from this Company and go after us with the using legal system and paperwork against the individual of United States citizen as a small business owner suffered years and years those insurance abuse paperwork And now abuse and harassing by this collection agency and hiring some lousy attorney to go after our name and business I’m hoping somehow the judge or legal system realize that those collection agency by using paperwork and legal system to abuse other people please help us. We need help God bless you God bless America.

This agency is a illegal operation ran by a criminal whom spend his life as a grifter preying upon others and using the court system and public records to assign himself persons whom default on a judgement he then begins to illegally harrass and file paperwork after being sold a debt then proceeds to add interest to that debt as if he is entitled to do so !

Basically it’s like storage unit people buy at auction but this man buys individuals and proceeds to destroy them by whatever means he can .

I strongly urge anyone whom has been contacted by COACHELLA VALLEY COLLECTION AGENCY TO FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE AND TO THE MAN

A woman left a voicemail on my phone for someone else. She said she was calling from “Veronica’s Office” I looked up their phone number and it is Coachella Valley Collections. So, I called them back so they would remove my phone number. When I called back, another woman answered the phone “Hello” Answering “ Hello” is just very “ sketchy”
I asked her who am I calling, she said “ Sandra” I had to say no, what is the name of the business I am calling. Wow, aren’t they supposed to let people know that they are a debt collector’s office. She transferred me to “ Veronica” who said she would remove my name from their list. But wouldn’t let me speak and lied about leaving me a deceptive voicemail. I told her in the future she should tell people the name of the company she is calling from and that they are calling in an attempt to collect a debt….” But she said she doesn’t have to do this. My impression of this agency is deceptive and “ sketchy” Supposedly they are a real collection agency but they operate like they are some kind of fake company or scam.

Hello, I'm a 59 year-old retired person who five years or-so ago had a lein on my property as a result of a precious debt I had not paid. That's not hard to believe, as seven years ago I was in a catastophic accident, I was hit by a bus, as a pedestrian in a cross walk. Life changed, after coming out of a coma, I had little memory of my life.

The lein was paid, as my home was in escrow for a refi. This month I again was in escrow on a refi, and the lein came up again, showing not paid. I contacted Coachella Valley Collection, and spoke with Isabelle. She was incredibly nice, and helpful. She had me send an email to the owner Stephen Fernandez, who responded within the hour to tell me he had fully researched it, and it had in fact been taken care of. The problem was with the escrow company who didn't have it recorded.

He went on to fully explain the process of haveing the lein eliminated, and gave me a quick education on what was needed to be done.

He, like Isabelle was vedry helpful, informative and forthright in my having taken care of it. No games, no trying to getmoney out of me, just good people. Good experience, with an industry full of companies taking advantage of people.

He is a crook period ! and in the name of justice I will proceed to involve all the agencies established to protect and preserve my rights as an American citizen,an Attorney at law must follow the law of the land as much a I do luckily I happen to have a friend that can connect me to congressman in his district because seems that when you contact the county officials they are oblivious to how they allow crooks like John Gallegos attorney at law cheats people right underneath their watch it is sickening to say the least but without fail I will continue my right to have my voice heard because it matters by law I have a right to voice my concerns of illegalities that redundantly continue to hurt innocent citizens by crooked debt collection agency attorneys that think they are above Governmental laws.

Considering they filed collections on an account that never existed and finally zero the balance but left the illegal collection on my report I'm guessing at best they are horrible
