It has been 2.5 years since I started having to know Coastal Ridge management Co. The management team in general and Ms. Lori in particular has been very efficient and productive in term of moving any tasks within the shortest possible time. For businesses owners like me (and anyone with common sense) time is money.
One of the most significant examples I can give is that when I called the number the first time. I was out of town, my wife needed a space to lease for her new salon. She found several spaces with “available” sign. I helped her by calling the numbers. NONE of them called me back.
But, on a Sunday afternoon, I called Coastal Ridge phone right after my wife gave me the number. I called with a “lesson learned” very low expectations. I just called to do my duty for my wife, and to save the phone number on my phone. To my surprise, I got Ms picked up my call. It was the happiest surprise of my entire 2 months of hopeless experiences. I only hoped that I left a message on Sunday, so that I might have a return call some time later in the week (if ever). Almost everything else after that call until now went smoothly. Thanks to Ms Lori and her team. In short, as tenant, my wife and I have been happy with Coastal Ridge Management team. We would highly recommend any serious business owner who needs a space to lease, and/or commercial real estate owners who want their lease deals done fast and properly to consider Coastal Ridge Management Co.

I've worked with Lori for about 5 years and have always been impressed with her professionalism, experience, and quick response times. She has fixed things that needed fixing without delay and she'll do what she can to advocate on my behalf to the landlord when needed. Highly recommend. This is my only experience with a commercial property management company but I've heard stories from other business owners about their landlords or prop mgmt and I think I got a pretty good draw with Coastal Ridge. I have been a tenant in this building for 21 years. I have had a fairly good relationship with the building manager. Often times I felt like he would be dragging his feet to get things done. It would sometimes require another phone call to inquire what was being done. Many time I would come to the office after hours and there would be some work people there with the manager without any prior notice which I did not care for. Then a new protpery management company took over under guidence Mrs. Lori Reynolds and oh boy what a big differnece. She is easy to talk to and does listen and responds almost immediately. She always communicates what is going to be done and always advance notice either with a phone call or an email from her assistant. The building has also come under new owners just recently a year or two. They have also been great. They quickly remodeled the entire inside of the building, making it new and brighter. I would not hesitate to lease an office space in this building and the fees are very fair I believe. All in all it only got better towards the end under the management Lori Reynolds and the new owners.
