Egret’s Cove was absolutely beautiful. This is our third rental with your company, and this was by far the best house. The dog loved the fenced in yard, we all loved the hot tub, the views and the well equipped kitchen. We’ve already booked next year‘s trip. Thank you for being a very attentive and caring company. My husband spent every dawn on the dock, enjoying the sunrise and his coffee.
Thank you for the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful place.

We’ve been renting with Coastal Shore Vacations for more than 20 years now. We’ve always been extremely happy with their services and properties. With our own home now being built on Chincoteague, we’ve increased the number of trips we’re making this past year. Due to short notice on our part and overall availability in the busier vacation times, we ended up a doing a few trips with other agencies and properties. While none of those other trips were a generally negative experience, it did make us realize just how high the bar has been set for Coastal Shore in overall customer service and experience. We have referred many friends and family members to Coastal Shore for their own Chincoteague visit and will not hesitate to continue to do so.

We have rented with Coastal Shore/Chincoteague Resort Realty for decades! Always have the perfect house for any size group or occasion! This is the second time weve rented Beach Bungalow. Upgrades are fantastic! Our dogs enjoyed thwbdeck and fenced in yard, though we used patio chairs to block the exit into the back yard. Any problems weve had with a property(broken grill, etc) were promptly remedied. Reccommend highly!!!

This is our second time staying at a property managed by Coastal Shore Vacations. Both times the property was spotless, with all the amenities we’d expected. Miss Kitty’s bungalow worked out great , having a nice fenced in backyard for our dog. We definitely plan on staying there again!!

Creek House was a beautiful place to stay & relax! Plenty of room for our family gathering of 8 to have their own quiet space, or get together! The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped to make delicious gourmet meals. The kayaks and canoe were a fun bonus to paddle around the water! This secluded area is a bird watchers paradise! Many family members were up at 5:30 in the morning with binoculars and coffee, sitting on the outside porches to watch and listen to countless varieties of feathered friends!

This company truly puts the customer first. The morning before our booking we were informed that the original rental unit needed some emergency maintenance and would not be suitable to rent. Coastal had three upgraded alternatives for our group to choose from. They were in constant contact and extremely accomodating.The house we chose was amazing in terms of location and cleanliness.

We have used Coastal Shore for the last 3 years. is easy to communicate with. They reply by phone, email or text in a fast manner. We love to stay at the Lighthouse Estates with the bonus accommodations of a shared pool and dock. It’s very cozy and convenient. We have stayed at two of the properties - one having more amenities so we came a little less prepared this time.
However - anything we need is on island or a quick Amazon shipment. We look forward to our next stay!
