Rick did a fantastic job mulching about 5 acres of our property. It's so thick with brush we couldn’t even walk the property. We are getting our property that was recently purchased ready for horses. We have no history on the property & Rick thankfully found all kinds of metal & other debris that we would have had no idea was there! We are so grateful Rick found it and not our horses! It’s a work in progress & we will be having more clearing/mulching done by Rick & Cobalt Land Management! Honest, dependable & trustworthy!
