rented a house for 3 years these guys “managed” never missed a payment nor was late and in that time they tried increasing rent multiple times. tried contacting them multiple times about problems with the property but they were either so slow or just never got around to figuring out what to do that i ended up solving all my own problems. when move out time came my room mate and i had the place spotless and they gave 300$ of our deposit back. wish the home owner would have just rented to us directly because i personally wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone.

We've been renting with them for about 6 months now. So far so good. I've mainly dealt with Sean and he is a standup guy. They answer the phone most times I call and it is nice that they have regular office hours that you can stop by for without an appointment.

Hmm, what else- the pet deposit is reasonable. We did have 2 minor issues, 1 with the toilet and another with the furnace and they got someone out fairly quickly to repair both items. The repair guys that came out all seemed to be from well-established service companies which was very appreciated.

I think the only thing that has happened that was a slight annoyance is I wrote the rent check 5 weeks early once and put it in the deposit box and it took them about a month to deposit it. If I avoid the deposit box though they usually deposit the rent check within a couple of days which is much better.

Absolutely terrible at what they're supposed to be doing... managing properties. House close to us is a rental managed by these clowns. Tenants moved out over a month ago and only a painter has been by to do who knows what. Yard is the worst I've ever seen it in 14 years and it's overtaking the neighbors yards with weeds. ITS BEEN A MONTH... MOW IT! Also a nice soccer ball sized wasps nest under the back porch and our lab was stung on the face two days ago. If anyone is thinking of using these people as a way to manage thier properties... don't! This house is such an eye sore. Another neighbor called and complained, said they'd be out to mow that week... nothing. Absolutely ridiculous

We've been renting our house for 2 years and haven't had any issues working with this company. When our pipes froze they got someone here promptly to help us; and have always been kind when we've interacted. We've loved the house we lived in and will be sad to move.

Had a budy in Coeur d'Alene reach out to me asking if I ever rented through this company. And you know what, I have.

I had a terrible experience with Coeur d'Alene Property Management. After moving out of my rental, I discovered that a complete military uniform was stolen—only the jacket was left in the closet. Despite my clear communication about the missing items, the company refused to acknowledge or address the theft. They were the first ones in the home the day I left! Their lack of accountability and customer service is deeply disappointing. I would strongly advise against renting from them. Theifs.

We have had a fantastic experience renting from this company. We have never had any issues, and the employees we've interacted with have always been kind and cordial. Anytime we have had questions, concerns, or issues, they have been quick to respond and remedy any problems we have had. Would recommend!

I recently rent the Bayview float home . It was good until we got there. There were a lot of spiders in and around the home . The home was not clean. we had to clean out the fridge, vacume the floor, could not use the dishwasher as it smelled like fish. Could not get access to the tv and there was no paddle boat as the add said. When we left , we vacumed the whole house, cleaned the bathrooms, the fridge, barbecue, patio furniture, cleaned the sheets and made the beds, we washed all the towels, cleaned the bathrooms and mopper the floors. They gave us nothing back on cleaning. They told us we were the first renters after the winter season and expected us to be happy with that answer. We had to empty the vacume canister three times on the carpet alone. I loved this place and really had a nice and relaxing time, I just can not believe that this company works in this manner. Very disappointed with the home but still had a good time. It is a shame because this place is really ideal

If you are an owner, they will rip you off. You'll be charged for all kinds of expenses, and if you ask to see the receipts, they simply won't show them to you. They'll give you every excuse they can think of; "No problem, we'll dig that up and get that to you when we can.", "Our accountant is out sick right now, so it will be awhile.", "We're in the middle of an audit, so it will take some time."

On the other hand, if there's obvious work that needs to be done, it can take them months to arrange it. We had to make some of these arrangements ourselves. After finally giving in and selling our property, we asked for all documents that they had on file, and a year later, still haven't received them.

They're absolutely worthless. Take it from me - you're much better off paying a higher percentage to someone competent and at least, just slightly more honest.
