I had an awesome experience working with Devon Crowley and Coldwell Banker. I was previously living in Long Beach and looking to move out to the Perris/Lake Elsinore Area. I met Devon while looking at a rental and he couldn’t have been any more awesome. He talked about what I could expect moving to the area, all the cool food spots and anything else you could want when moving somewhere new. He did show me that it was better to buy than rent and I ended up buying a beautiful home in Lake Elsinore. Because I was having to drive out from Long Beach for every part of the process, Devon made anytime available for me including nights and weekends. He hooked me up with the right people and made the process almost painless. I have referred him to many friends and family because everyone deserves the level of service that Devon provides. I love my home, but if I ever look to purchase again, Devon will be my first call.

My husband and I bought our first house with Devon. He was amazing! Everything I wanted in a house, he found. He worked with our schedule and made it work with his schedule. He is a super great guy! And SOOO GOOD with our kids! Answered EVER SINGLE CALL I have ever made to him even at 6 am when I wasn’t sure with the area I pick to buy in. Devon not only was an amazing realtor but he became a wonderful friend! We are buying another house in 2 years and our realtor will be Devon again!

Called and spoke with Bradley Morton asking about a land listing for sale on the same street as my house. I asked him why the price was so much higher than surrounding land and his was response was follows, "I'm in Kawaii right now and don't have time to listen to your pontification of land value. It's going to sell for what it's listed," and HUNG UP. I have my real-estate license and will reporting this conduct to the appropriate governing bodies.
